| Something that is fun for me is taking a hotdog bun, spreading almond butter on it, then taking a whole peeled banana and placing it like a hot dog. Then I put a little slightly warm orange marmalade on top. Mmmm. | |||
| Vegetarian | Is there a "protein allergy"? | Nov 16 2007 02:17 (UTC) |
|
| Most food based alergies are to the protien that they contain. Nuts, soy, shellfish and gluten (wheat protien) are all examples of protien based alergies. While Lactose allergy is called an intolerance, this is because it it a digestive problem rather than a itchy - hive forming - possibly dangerous food alergy. | |||

Just be careful with such a low calorie intake. You will have to consistantly stay with that count even after you lose it all. Your body will go into a starvation mode if you are not taking in enough bulk per day and when you do it will store all it can in fat. As long as you eat a lot of healthy low fat, low sugar foods you should be fine. |
