The fall is field hockey and Irish dance--- winter is just dance--- and the spring is lacrosse and Irish dance.

Right now I'm only eating 800-900 cals a day-- I know that really bad!!!

I'm just trying to get down a few more and then I'm definitely upping my cals to probably 1800-2000. Especially since I want to go to the Naval Academy-- I can't let my muscles deteriorate or I'll only be able to do 5 pushups instead of 9 Wink

Hey yall I'm Sarah and I'm 15. I live in NC but I was born in Nova Scotia.

I Irish dance, play lacrosse, and field. I also play piano and sing in chorale. As you can tell I'm super busy especially since I go to a prep school!

I've always been atleast 10 pounds overweight, but never more than that. I really want to go to the Naval Academy and at the current shape I'm in I'll never make it. So I knew something needed to change and in the past month I've lost almost 10 pounds and now I'm only 10 away from my goal!!

I'm 15 and found this site when I was looking up if mini wheats are good for you! At first this site was really good for me because I used to eat a lot of bad foods (several times a week I ate oreos for breakfast!). Suprisingly I was only at 130 (i'm 5'2"). Now I'm down to 122. Although I think I am becoming too obsessive about calories and limiting my intake to an unhealthy amount. As soon as I'm down to 115 I'm way upping my intake and using this site to make sure I'm getting enough, especially since I'm an athlete.
