Since you are bad with the peanut butter and need more fiber,  you should add a cereal to your yogurt.  I would try Kashi go lean cereal.  It is organic and tastes great.  Plus it adds a little crunch to the yogurt.  1 cup is 140 calories, but you wouldn't have to use the entire cup.  1/4 or 1/2 would do.  In 1 cup there is 10g fiber and 13g protein.

That would definitely fix the problem.

wow. that does suck! I wouldn't want 24 of the same bar either. If they are going to sell them in that big of quantities they should make them variety packs!

You can find the boxs of Luna bars (Luna is a product of Cliff bars but made especially for women) They are really good and the price isn't bad at all. The box has 6 bars in it. They have a lot of choices to choose from. Plus they don't taste bad. You can find them at Target, in the nutrition supplement aisle. And all of these: TJ's, Kroger, King Soopers, Fred Meyer, Smith's, Fry's, QFC, Food-4-Less, Whole Foods, Wild Oats, New Season's , PCC Natural, Markets, Sunflower Markets, Ukrops Supermarkets, Dierbergs, United Supermarkets, Market of Choice, Zupan's, Henry's Farmers Market, Nugget Markets, Kowalski's Markets, Wal-Mart, Vitamin Cottage...and your local Natural/Specialty food store.

Good:  You are surprised to find that you come from a long line of royalty.

Good:  You are hired and paid to travel the world and experience luxury spa's, restaurants and hotel accommodations.

Bad: As soon as you land you find out the airport lost your lugagge.

Worst: You then find out you were sent to Tajikistan where it takes an act of God to buy a bar of soap.

So why do I feel like I am eating too much?  I always write everything down.  I always end up short, but I feel like I am eating a lot more than I use to.  Is this normal or am I just crazy?
