Iagree this souns like starvation mode. If you cut calories too fast your body will freak and start storing everything you eat into fat for later consumption. The system i use is never cut by more than 10% every few weeks.

So if you normally are 2000 cal daily, you should consume no less than 1800 calories a day for a few weeks to alow your body to adjust slowly.

I have also read in the forums that the minimum healthy caloric intake for a female is 1200 cal per day (1500 for males).

Hope this helps.

I would suggest two things.

1. Maybe your form is different when you run laps then when you run on the treadmill.. I.E. you move differently.

2. I know for a fact that running on a treadmill is hard on your back because the treadmill is not designed to absorb the impact. I have been told that running on grass or dirt is best.

Original Post by deflepfan16:

A person with a good personality =)

As cheesy as it may sound, I mean it...haha

EDIT TO ADD:  I have seen physical traits that I would like to have, BUT I wouldn't want to label them as the only thing I think is beautiful...Just because I would prefer to have brown hair doesn't mean I haven't seen beautiful people with blonde and red hair!

A good personality may sound cheesy, but for me a cheesy personality sounds good! I love women who are in touch with their inner dork and not affraid to share it!

Poof! Sundays now last for 48 hours... however your boss notifies you that there is a staffing shortage and he needs you to work on every sunday.

I wish  i understood the difference between desire and need.

A great tip is to carry sugar free gum (almost all of it is sugar free these days) with you. When you start to get those cravings, or see a treat that you feel you can not live without, pop a piece of gum. It varies but most gums are 5 cal per stick and you burn calories by chewing the gum!
