| so is the 450 or whatever the deficit that everyone is always talking about> Thats so confuses me for some reason....*sigh* mine is 680....is that the number that u can boost up to a max of 1000 a day?? Losing (actually gaining according to the scale this am) Soooooo slowly this week....If i reduce my cals or increase my activity to get that number to 1000 would i get better results? Sorry for posting on your question with my own fancy, but it seemed to kinda fit with yours :) | |||
