I miss the sweats. I'm not a big chocolate eater, but I love candy... Like laffy taffy, twizzlers, reeses peices (candy coated peanut butter). I also miss being able to eat until full, now with watching caleries I feel like I'm always hungry. Even if i'm full, I still feel hungry.

 I also miss the chips/snack foods.

 I will say, although I miss those things. I will give them up in a heartbeat to lose weight, I have for the most part. At times I may slip and eat something, but ensure that if I do, I will work out to burn those calories.

I've been trying to lose weight of and on as well, it has been discouraging at times, but you just have to get back on. I have tried many types of diets.

I like the idea of calorie count though. It has really made me realize what I am eating every day and makes me think twice when I want something I shouldn't have.

I have been on here about a two weeks I guess.

I have been through the South Beach Diet and will say it has been wonderful. I am going back towards that now. It allows you to eat carbs, but the good kind. It limits the bad stuff and allows you to eat those things that are good for you. it was very tough the first 2 weeks, I was exhausted as well, however once I got past that, it was awesome.

I don't think that cutting out carbs all together is a good thing, but cutting out the bad stuff is. Smile
