| This technique is also a stress reliever that a psychologist showed me a long time ago. You can actually feel yourself relax. There are also some spots you tap on your fingers and the side of your wrist. | |||

Lisa, Congratulations on your success so far. I know exactly how you feel. Last June, I was facing my 50th birthday and feeling terrible. I have asthma and had been on medications that weren’t helping but were affecting my metabolism and I had just weighed in at 294 pounds. On June 9th I decided it was enough. I was tired of being fat and old and unhealthy. I quit all the meds and started walking. At first it was 1.25 miles a day and it was hard but I worked my way up to 4 miles a day. And the scale just started going down. Then I was decreasing the amount of time it took to do the 4 miles. From 85 minutes to 66 minutes now. The scales kept dropping and I was down a jean size – from 20 to 18. In August, I added an hour a day of treading water. In September, I joined a gym for circuit training. Some days I do all three exercises – walking, treading water, and the gym. Other times I alternate depending on my schedule. Once in a while, I skip a day but I really miss the exercise when I do. Two days ago, on November 30th, I broke 200 and weighed 199 pounds – down 95 from when I started in June! I’m back into my size 10 jeans and feel great. Take care and keep up the good work. You look wonderful. Cheryl |

Egg noodles can be frozen after you have dried them. Then you can use them whenever you want. Cheryl |
