It's quiet around here...Hope everyone is doing good! I had such a great workout the past 2 days, but I'm really sore...You should see me when I get up from sitting it's kind of comical...LOL!! Been eating good too and I hope it shows up on the scale...This past weekend I ate crappy so I don't know how bad that will hurt me...Keep up all the good work ladies! |

Well didn't hit my goal, but I'll take the loss that I have! It is also TTOM so I"m happy with any loss... sw: 158.8 lw: 157.2 cw: 155.2 3.6 pounds isn't too bad! My new goal for July 4th is to get down to 140...I know it is 15.2 pounds, but with a lot of hard work and dedication I know it can be done...I would love to reach my altimate goal of 135 by the end of this summer... Awesome post zena, that list will definitely come in handy! Sounds like everyone is doing pretty good...Have a great time on your vacation Olivia! immom-hang in there it will get better! I know what mean with being late I hate it too! You can start over right now and have a big glass of water and run the first chance you get...Remember this time will pass and you will get back on track again! |

I'm up for the challege! I do cardio 6 days a week now, but seem to be in a slump, so adding another day maybe what I need... Olivia I have Aldi here too...The sad part is that I never go there! I think that needs to change, with the high prices of food and gas...I need to change my habits! zena-you can get back on track! It is disappointing, I know I have been there and I also know you can do this! Skip on the drinks and start up the exercise again and you will be there before you know it! |

Hi everyone! Congrats on the losses! I'm sorry that some are having a hard time, you will be in my prayers! Weighed in today and finally lost something was 156.4 now 155.8...It isn't much, but I'll take it...I have been busy all week and can't wait till tomorrow so I can finally relax! Hi everyone! Been busy and haven't posted much...Weigh in on friday was 156.4...Last week was TTOM and I weighed 158.2 that was up from 156.4 so I'm back to where I was the week before...Sounds like everyone is doing good! I hope that the weekend was good for all of you...I ate too much and didn't exercise, but I'm back on tack now...I did 30 min of cardio and had a healthy breakfast...In a liitle while before I have lunch I will lift weights...Today is upper body...Yay! LOL I like lower body more so, but I guess to have a nice toned body I still have to do the upper half... Have a great day! |

Welcome to everyone new here! Congrats to everyone who lost! To everyone who gained or stayed the same we need to keep our heads up and be proud of ourselves for all our efforts! TOM decided to show itself yesterday for weigh in so of course I gained... sw 158.8 week 1 158.4 week 2 156.4 week 3 158.2 Hopefully week 4 will be good, no TOM then...I can't wait to see the 140's! hope everyone has a great weekend! |

| Thanks for all the encouragement everyone! I love coming here and reading everyone's posts...
I still need to go out and get me a yoga dvd...I would love to add that to my workout routine...Today was a busy day, I cleaned my sister's house and did an hour of cardio...After that I had sweat so much all I wanted to do was sit on my butt...lol

wow, some of you are really good at responding to everyone's posts...I'm going to have to get better at that...Sounds like everyone is doing good... I have been wearing size 14 jeans for awhile now and yesterday I finally bought myself a pair of new jeans...I couldn't believe that I fit into a size 10! I even tried on several pairs to make sure it wasn't just that brand...I haven't been that size in a long time...Hoping after this goal of losing 10 pounds to be in a size 8... I really like the idea of a list of everyones stats...I think it motivate us to keep on track... sw 158.8 second week 158.4 last week 156.4 |

No good news here...I've been bloated all week and it shows in the scale...I get this way 2 weeks before my period and then on day 2 of period the bloating goes away...Very depressing when trying to lose weight...I look forward to next week, I'll keep on trying...All you ladies are so inspiring! Everyone has such great tips! I really want to start doing yoga a couple of days a week...On Saturday I will go to Target and see what I can find... Today has been busy! I cleaned my sister's house, did 45 min cardio, and 30 min lifting weights... Sounds like we have a lot of Aries in this group...LOL My bday is on Saturday and I plan on having a free day of no counting calories...I'm glad we weigh in on friday cause I'm afraid of what the scale will say on Monday... I'm late with the weigh in...I did weigh in yesterday and was shocked to see I gained 1 pound! Then I weighed myself today and lost that pound plus .4...LOL SW: 158.8 CW: 158.4 Not what I hoped for, but will take the .4 loss...Great job to everyone who lost weight...Hope we all have good results next week... |

sodium kills me too! My tummy becomes all bloated and my pants won't fit, it SUCKS. LOL I love salty foods. I can deal though because I have more of a sweet tooth. Olivia, I'll save the spanking for your B/F. LOL BTW, That pasta sounds yummy. |

krrpt08- all those snacks sound yummy! I don't remember who brought it up, but I too love the biggest loser! Seeing the transformation of the contestants...It is such a motivator... Olivia- Thanks for starting this! I can't wait to see how we all do! As far as snacks, my favorites are smart balance light butter popcorn the ones that are mini bags...I love grapes too and apple w/peanut butter, laughing cow cheese or string cheese...Also sunflower seeds, peanuts, almonds(all unsalted)... Ah crunch n munch, I haven't had that in years! Yummy! |

I exercise 6 days a week. I walk a half hour a day and lift weights 4 days a week. As far as diet, I'm doing the flat belly diet. Not sure if any of you have heard of it. You eat a healthy fat with each meal like (olive oil, nuts/seeds, avocado, olives, peanut butter). You also eat 4 times a day and each meal is 400 calories. It has been working great for me! Since Feb 18th I've lost 11.4 pounds and 3 3/4 inches off my waist. Good luck everyone! Can't wait to see how we all do on Friday! |

Hi everyone...I quit on 04/05/04(which was also my 29th B-Day)...I was over weight before I quit and gained 19 pounds over a couple of months...Now I weigh 158.8 which is about 14 pounds less than when I was a smoker...I don't miss smoking at all, my best friend died in Aug of 2007 from lung cancer, I wish he was able to quit... Congrats to everyone for quitting and trying to lose weight...We can all do this, especially with the help from one another...I'm new here btw and can't wait to get to know everyone... |
