I can't run because my knees can't take impact..so the closest thing I can get to running is an elliptical and I could just stay on that thing for hours on end if I had the time. Adrenaline is amazing. |

Believe what you wish, but I have not been able to find a single piece of scientific evidence to back up any truth behind negative calorie foods. |

A family friend, who happens to be a personal trainer, told me that in order to build muscles most effectively, use the correct amount of weight to where you can do more than 6, but less than 12 reps. 6 or less reps meaning you're using too much weight, greater than 11 meaning you're using too little. |

Take the serving size multiplied by the number of servings. If this weight equals the weight on the package, then it's for the raw meat. If it doesn't, then it's going to be for the cooked weight.

This isn't a healthy food suggestion, but it'd work nonetheless.
If you look in the snack cake section at wherever you shop, you should see these Little Debbie triple fudge brownies advertised at 100 calories per brownie. They're delicious and tiny (they measure 1 ¾ inches by 1 ¾ inches and are ¼ of an inch thick). If you were to eat just one for dessert after each meal it'd add 300 calories. |

My biggest was size 13 (juniors) at 180.

I tried a bioelectrical impedance device when Gold's Gym was trying to sell me a membership and it came up at 18% which seems like it's on the lower end, yet, I still see tons of fat on myself and I've lost 5 pounds since then and actually gained a visible muscle in my arm.
How does this work?

| Maintaining | Birth Control and Weight Maintenance, is it possible????? Help svp | Feb 27 2008 01:06 (UTC) |

My OB/GYN told me that the believed reason that many people complain of weight gain while on birth control is that it changes the way your body deals with carbs. Maybe you could try limiting them and see how that works?
There's also many different&nb sp;kinds of birth control  ;out there. You're obviously having adverse side effects of weight gain from the pills you're accustomed to, so maybe it would be worth it to risk trying a different pill to see if you can fine one that allows you to function normally without weight gain.
I've actually lost 30 pou nds since I've been on&nb sp;Depo. |
