Believe it or not sometimes if after you eat and your still kinda hungry it may mean that your body could use some liquids, have yourself a tall glass of water it might be just the thing you need.

I usually stick to 2 glasses of wine, or if you prefer to have beer Michelob Ultra only has 95 calories per bottle. Stay away from the mixed drinks though.

Usually if I know about how many calories I am taking in then I usually log in after I eat, but if I am making something home made I usually log in first to make sure that I am having the right calorie consumption.

Hey,

I am now 26 years old, but just like you I was always skinny when I was in high school and could eat whatever I wanted and not gain a pound, but when I turned 22 I had my daughter and let me tell you its been such a battle since.

I lost all my weight and now it seems to be fluctuating back and forth, and I wanna change my lifestyle to eating healthy and taking care of my body. I think thats its an awsome idea to have a support group for people around the same age.

I have about 20 pounds to lose to get to MY desired weight, maybe this group could help me acheive that.
