That's good to hear....I eat late most nights. I won't eat all morning, and I work out around noon...I drink tons of water though....I'm just not all that hungry, but then I eat a little with my mom around 4pm when she gets home for work, and after that I don't eat until late....I wanna kick this habit!! |

I work at a home where I take care mentally handicapped people. So it's like their home, we have a kitchen and everything, so when everyone eats supper, we all can, and it's alway's delicious but fattening. Plus people bake cookies, brownies, cakes, and bring them in........thank god we keep wheat thins, plus I drink tons of water...but it's tempting |

Oh, I know...I'm starting to get into the exercise routine again and eating right. It feels good to know I'm doing my body right. I was once sooo dedicated and then I just fell off track, but I'm getting back on!!!!!!!! |

that does sound impossible, when i weighed around 210 or whatever, i wasnt wearing size 9 in jeans. more like 16 or around there |

I don't know what I'd do without music to help me workout. I usually listen to whatever is on my zune. I made a playlist, that i sometimes listen to or just shuffle all the tunes. I've been listening to the Audition a lot. Some of my music is fast paced, but some are not. It really doesnt matter what, I just need music when I'm walking, jogging, etc.... My life wouldn't be complete without music!!! |

The largest fry and double burger I could get. I also used to eat a whole bag of sterzings chips and the sour cream dip. Now I look at stuff with disgust. Well not disgust, but I'm not going there. |

I definitely want to try this. I've been jogging/walking about six miles a few days last week and yesterday I even jogged longer than I did the first day. It feels great. I go with my friend, he is a lot better than I am, but I don't care I'm just starting out. I just love to know I finished this, walking or jogging. So count me in!! |

I guess all I can say is it takes time. I'm not fully over my binging days. I know exactly what you mean about taking a lot of different food in your bedroom to eat. For some reason I've done that too, I just like to get a fill of everything. I usually tell myself I wont eat everything, just a taste. It leads to eating it all, and more. I'm getting better now, I just eat the best I can everyday. If I get through one day without binging I'm uber happpy, so I try to stay that way, so I can feel good. Also late night eating is a big problem with me, still is. I try to just drink water, or eat fruit if I eat late. But no you are not alone. |

I've had my fill of girl scout cookies. My mom brought home four boxes of pb sandwiches, my fave. So, I've gotten my fill. I ate too many of them, and hid the other boxes out in my mom's car so I would not be tempted. And I haven't seen any since!! |

My problem is late night eating. You see I have no job now, Im looking and waiting for them to call...so I wake up late, and when I do I dont eat much during the day. Maybe an apple or banana, something light. I eat a salad or something for dinner, but that's it. I usually go to a friends at night, and when I get home that's when I really eat. I guess I dont binge too bad every night, but I just wish I would eat more during the day, and stop at like 8 every night. I used to that, but now everything's become much more difficult for me. I want to try and make tmorrow my day one of not night eating!!! so tomorrow or today, march 3 will be day one of no more late night eating!!! |

I try to read, chew gum, drink water and hot tea, anything not to eat. I know it's hard though, it seems no matter how hard I tried not to eat the thing I most desire, by the end of the night I will have ate it. Reading really does help me though. I'm reading Breaking Dawn, the last of the Twilight book, and I seem to take up most my time reading it. I can't wait to find out what happens next. It's better than a tv show or movie. |

My problem is going to the gym. I just dont feel like it, plus I only like to go when it's really late because I dont like working out around a lot of people. Thank god I have a 24 hr. gym. But I still neglect it, so I feel like an idiot wasting money on the gym. My other problem is the eating. Some days I will eat ok, and feel good about it, and other days I feel just awful about the junk I took in. I just really need to get motivated!! I wanna lose weight by summer. |

- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
