H: 5'3 W: 105? Calories: 2200-2500ish. I'm a tiny girl, trying to gain muscle and perhaps 10 lbs! But I'm also really active 5 x a week. I agree with the above poster...you guys need to eat so much more, don't harm yourselves :-\. |

What I do sometimes for better taste is mix 1 T of betternpb and 1 T of regular pb..better n is too sweet for me sooo this way it tastes just right |

Ok I'm feeling better now. I had a veggie omelette..still feel kind of bad but I'm pulling through meesh-I lived in the capital, Bogota, for a few years with my mom because she's from there. Buttt yeah I live in the US now. decempt- I actually have the same doubts as you, maybe someone here knows? psychoj- I'm so glad you're so happy! Keep it up girlie relena- how much do you weigh? If you post your stats its easier to know if you can maintain at 1500 or not agru- yeah I'm not getting much exercise either. Maybe some days walkin for half an hour..I hardly have the chance to go to the gym, plus the doctors didn't recommend it. And I know CC can be so triggering for me sometimes; I just have to tell myself that I'm gaining and have to eat more than normal. Can't wait till I'm over this, I don't want to be counting my calories all my life. I'd rather spend my time doing other things, and food preoccupation just takes up too much of my time right now sadly gibbit-gj on eating those FF! they sound scrumptious alysha-how much do you weigh now that you want to maintain?

Hey everyone! I'm having a bad relapse kind of day.. last night I ate over 4000 calories. I know this is a good thing, but I feel so gross. I had 2 cinnamon rolls, alcohol, a quesadilla...on top of my normal eating 2000 cals.. blehhagfohsbgod. I had a good time though. It's today that I'm getting the guilt trip. I'll post replies better, not in a good mood :-( |

hey guysss. I miss constantly being on this forum haha it's like my inspiration to keep going! I'm sorry for those of you who seem to have a hard time lately; that's how I've been too...For some reason, lately I eat but I don't really enjoy it. I'm eating over 2000 cals (estimating), but no matter what I eat it's not a pleasure to me. I think I read someone else in this forum is going through the same thing. This suckss? I want to like food and somehow feel good when I eat it. I try making different things and making yummy things to kind of increase my appetite...but nothing. blergh. meesh- aweee I love kittens :D they sound so cute. Oh by the way, we're kind of related. I agree with starcrossdlovex. After reading through these posts, I can see a lot of people here don't even eat enough. Direwolf, you're in starvation mode, that's why you're gaining. I don't even think you should be on CC, but rather seeking real life professional help. Those of you who post 1000 cal meals know you're not eating enough. TEENS need at least 1700, I'd say (I'm 5'3, a teen, and need MORE- and yes, I am lean). So if you really want to keep doing it, at least don't post it. Try to realize that these "menus" can be very triggering to people that read this forum; someone may even follow your footsteps because they might not know any better. Don't do this to yourselves, please! It does not make an individual in ED recovery feel good to know that there are others eating wayy less. Someone might think they're eating waaay too much and start cutting down on the cals again. This is like a pro-ana forum people. It could create ED mindsets for others. So seriously, like the creator of this forum said, do not post if you are not eating enough. It is not something to be proud of. I'm not trying to be mean. I't just not a healthy way of living |

gibbit- I know it's scary to go out to eat without even knowing where, but that'll be a challenge towards recovery and not worrying about what we're going to eat all the time..Haha, I mean just try to entertain yourself with the (hopefully gay) guy :) aqua-ooh sounds like I need to get some graham crackers! But anyway, yeah I eat trail mix, nuts & granola to gain weight...but it's not my prefered food choice.I'm kind of tired of them :p. But I don't know what else I can take with me that won't perish and is healthy! I mean fruit, maybe a sandwich, sometimes I like kashi bars....there's just not enough options when I'm not eating at home. grr b- 2 cups puffed cinnamon corn & millet cereal. Whole wheat pita w/ cream cheese & blueberries s-apple cinnamon soy crisps s-apple cinnamon popcorn :D:D l-veggie omelette w/ nutritional yeast & hummus. tomato soup s- greek yogurt w/ applesauce & cinnamon s-rice cake w/ pb. random handfuls of cheese crackers& trail mix d-tofu "lasagna", w/ soy cheese & veggies s-rice cake w/ cream cheese & blueberries s- pumpkin pie oatmeal :D:D (milk, pumpkin, cinnamon, lime juice, nutmeg) s- cup of soymilk w/ cocoa & carnation instant, slice of bread w/ smart beat butter okkk i didn't count today. I really can't lately. But it's gotta be way up there? It was an interesting food day hah..

Hi everyone! Wowww, lots of posts. I can't even keep up! I've been busy with school (started monday for me), scheduling, and work, so I haven't been able to log on and comment. I've been struggling to keep my calorie intake because of this, since I can't really "count" or eat when I want when I'm running around..I'll have to figure something out, because I crammed in most of my calories at night and it sucked. I'm not a night time eater.. meesh- your story about your dad was sooo touching! It makes me feel even more determined about battling this ED. :D Like others said, you're so mature and inspiring. alysha- omg your pb&j oatmeal sounds amazing! Also, how did you make your almond milk? I usually buy the stuff, it'd be fun to make it myself :D. Also, a little bit of transfat can't be terrible, but like gibbit said, maybe you can find some natural? aussie-Congrats on the college! Knew you could do itt girlie.I know how you feel about carbs haha. I hardly eat pasta and potatoes and now i pretty much have to every day. I don't like potatoes so I make some macaroni or something. I used to love mac&cheese and my dad bought me this wholee prepared macaroni. On the box it says 700 calories and 26 g of fat for the meal! I used to eat this without caring, like weekly! But I can't do it; i'd rather make my own healthy version gibbit-good job on the positive attitude! I had been feeling kind of down about food lately too, but we can do it. On to gainingg Haha I guess I'm not the only one that makes crazy concoctions with oatmeal! I always make pumpkin pie oatmeal, or even reese's oatmeal. Decempt, we'd get along very well haha! I'll post my food later, but todayy I "invented" the most amazing apple cinnamon popcorn. Pretty much just combine popcorn, applesauce, cinnamon, and sweetener to your taste and stir. It's sooo good I swear. It's not very high cal, but you can stove-pop the popcorn or add butter to make it more caloric. Even add maple syrup. It's soo good. I'm obsessed with cinnamony things. I sprinkle it on everything! :D

lela-Heyy, I'm glad you're here for support and recovery. However...if you really want to recover, you have to stop those thoughts that you want to lose more weight! I'm a recovering anorexic, at 5'3 and weigh 90 lbs. I have to at least weigh 105 to be healthy again. So I don't think you would want to lose more weight if you're already at 100? Please don't do this to yourself. Try to start eating normally and healthily, and the rest will eventually take care of itself. But I do not recommend anything less than 100 lbs. You do nt want to end up in the hospital like your friend. This is how it all started for me. I thought I wasn't thin enough at 100, even 95, and the scale just kept on going down. You are really thin. If any, try to slowly tone up and gain muscle, that way you'll weigh maybe a few lbs more but have a leaner body (muscle weighs more than fat, but you'll look thinner) |

agru- happy BIRTHDAY! :D:D theofournay- I think my test went well. I suck at math, so maybe that's the only weak spot :p haha. But I get my results monday so I can plan my schedule. woohoo seeeniors 09. Oh yeahh, I used to eat oatmeal 3 times a day. I put pb on it, chocolate, fruit- anything. It's like my all time favorite food. Now I'm trying to vary things a little, haha. psychoj-girrrrl I know how you feel about the whole schedule thing! It sucks. Last year I didn't even have any periods with my bf and I was mad. And this year I have to be without him cause he graduated. haha it really sucks at first, but you'll be fine (hopefully). I mean, if they change it, great! Just don't kill yourself over it gibbit-I made the tofu ice cream! Except I tweaked it a little. Skipped the choc chips, added pb and blueberries. maaan so good! alysha-I also like oatmeal with milk better..haha and I like mixing in cream cheese usually (not cottage) because it takes like oatmeal cheesecake I swear haha. oooh maybe I'll try one of those tim horton donuts too.. aqua-I can totally relate to the period thing. It's like my ED mind thinking that if I don't have my period yet, my bf% is still low. AND it makes me feel good! If I got it, I'd feel like a failed anorexic too. Wow, but I'm supposed to be getting over this! Sigh. We just gotta learn to push these negative thoughts away. Having a period is healthy, it's normal, it's womanly. also, I read someone posted links about saturated fats? Can you post them again? They're like my fear food ohh and yesterday went so well! Since I wasn't at home and went to the airport, we stopped at Chili's. I ordered veggie fajitas (hugeee portion) and I ate nearly the whole thing! I felt oh so proud! I'll post my food later! |

My definition of "dessert" is oatmeal with cocoa powder, fruit, and sweetener.Or those greek yogurt smoothies I make every day (they're sugar free). I'm not even kidding.. :-( I want a donut though. Think I should get one tomorrow? I dunno if I'm ready, it's like...I'll feel the guilt trip. but my other voice says, "omgg it's just a freaken donut!" heyyy everyone. I'm going to the doctors today for a final weigh in..kinda scared.I've been stuffing my face today and drinking lots of water(I know, not the best way.); but i just want them to realize i'm gaining and stop telling me I've got issues. It's really annoying when you're trying to help yourself and doctors don't realize it. I'm gonna start today on not measuring so much, too. At leasttt I'll try my best so that I can finally stop one day! Wish me luck :D b- egg whites, veggies, nutritional yeast, soy cheese. Trail mix, cheese crackers. Coffee w/ soy milk (400) s- veggie bruschetta burger, whole wheat pita, spinach, marinara (250) s- popcorn with blackberries, chocolate syrup, cocoa powder, more cocoa powder, (haha), maple syrup, cinnamon. [psychoj - it was amazing!] (200?) s- frozen smoothie made w/ cup of greek yogurt, cinnamon, baby banana, blueberries, vanilla, & lotsss of ice (200) oh man, my appointment's in an hourr. Xxx lala- read my prev post about seitan aqua and t17-wow i can totally understand. I used to have a certain percent of carbs in fear of getting too many. I'd rather have a 50-30-20 ratio (carbs-prot-fat), but I stopped when I started wanting to gain. LIke whooo in the world does that! agru-youre not unhealthy girl! not by any means is it wrong to eat that. I wish I could do that, I need to be able to do it once I'm fully recovered! I don't actually enjoy my fear of "unhealthy" foods..Wish I woulda never known |

Wowww, I can totally relate to a few of you here! I was a completely "normal" human being wanting to lose a few lbs and tone up until I encountered CC. I guess I am also one of those people that get easily obsessive about these things and I started counting everyyy single calorie (at one point I would even count artificial sweeteners, coffee, and gum! I've seen a few people here that do that too...it's ridiculous). I started restricting sooo much, that I developed an ED. I would always think, "well, CC says it's rated a D so I can't eat it." stuff like that.. Now i'm recovering. Estimating my calories now, not so obsessive about it. But the truth is once i'm done I think I'll have to part from here too...Because CC is just too triggering for me. People here need to realize that food is food;it's not an enemy, as many of us see it. Some people here are like, "OMG I ATE A COOKIE WHAT NOW". I understand people are trying to lose weight, but that is not normal behavior. It definitely made me not want to treat myself when I saw forums like this. I think I seriously developed a fear of sweets and saturated fats? It sucks. CC did help me become more health conscious, and I love the people here. I am grateful for that. But at the same time, now I know how many calories pretty much everything has...and I wish I would've never known. It's all about eating a healthy, balanced diet, and loving who we are :-) |

psychoj- I know, isn't popcorn amazing! and whole grain too, haha :D. Did you melt the dark chocolate and then drizzle it on? Sounds tempting. Man I wish I could go pop some now and try it. haha. Dad's asleep, can't make noise. But seriously, try drizzling maple syrup on it (or sugar free- dunno if you're sugar conscious like me..) next time. Maybe syrup + chocolate + cinnamon :-O. Or even chocolate + peanut butter to make it...amazing?! Wowwww I have the urge to go in my kitchen now, I have to try these both! :-( |

agru- if you freeze yogurt, it can't be longer than an hour or it'll basically turn into ice. that's why i do it for an hour, tastes creamy like ice cream :D I just add the soy milk for more nutrition content, calories, and ice creamy flavor. With the milk added it takes longer to freeze (the more liquid the longer). for one cup of yogurt, 1/4 cup of milk. you don't want to make it runny. anddd add all the ice you want! oh and i'm sorry about the whole fish sticks and fries thing :-\ but ya know, it wasn't necessarily healthy so you don't have to feel too bad about not wanting to eat it.. lalabanana- I don't know if you're vegetarian, but at my local health store I get seitan. It's a vegetarian wheat "meat"; tastes similar to chicken and has the texture too. It's amazing with barbecue, ketchup, or you know, your regular meat dishes. I buy it from westsoy, but you can also make it yourself with wheat gluten. I'm just too lazy.If you can't find at the store, look up the recipe on google or even CC. It's got 18 grams of protein per 90 cals :D. Besides that, any kind of beans have a lot of protein, not necessarily soybeans? Like lentils, kidney beans, pintos, garbanzos... charlieuk-yeah, it is great to have energy! Congrats on that run! keep it up :) aqua- I don't know your weight stats, but if you're already at a healthy weight range, then just listen to your body. I mean if you don't need to gain anymore, then don't think you should unless you want to. I mean I'm 5'3 and my doctor said i should go up to 120!? But heck, I was always 110 to begin with; I'm not willing to go higher than my normal weight (I'm actually shooting for 105-107), else I would not feel comfortable and might have a chance of relapse...So it's the weight you most feeel comfortable at; not always what those people think (sorry, by now I hate doctors/therapists/etc so i might be biased :p). anyway, here's me for the rest of the day.. d- lentils, veggies, pita, veggie pepper jack cheese, marinara, pita--- kind of like a pizza :D (300) oatmeal w/ pb, cinnamon, blackberries (220) s- slice of whole wheat bread, handfuls of crackers & trail mix (kind of like an "OMG i just got home and i'm hungry for anything" moment) (150?) s- cottage cheese, syrup, lime juice, lemon juice, blackberries, blueberries--all in the mic for 20 secs. then added puffed millet and corn cereal and mixed :D yummo. I love food. (235) So, if my calculations are correct, i'm at 2000. crap i need at least 200 cals before bed and i'm full..

It's your birthday, have your favorite food, no matter what. I know it's hard, but you can do it; it's for your benefit!Have cake, treat yourself. I also microwaved the fruit w/ syrup for 10 secs -so it'd be all warm and gooey- and mixed it all. yay. and with 6 cups of popcorn it goes a LONG way. I know it's not calorie dense, but I just love it. like 150 cals for the whole thing...I'm thinking of adding pb to that tonight? mm that'd def up my cals in a yummy way :D today so far- b- egg whites, nutirtional yeast, hummus, bean dip, carrots . English muffin, cottage cheese, cinnamon. Coffee w/ soy milk. oz of trail mix. (500 cals). aussie- thanks girl! I will try to take it easy on the exercise. I just feel so energized lately again, it makes me happy :-). I remember coming from school some days and just wanting to take naps all day from my lack of energy...yet i'd still go to the gym for like an hour :-\ but yeah, today i'm thinking i'll take a walk, or maybe not even. I work for 5 hours (hostess) so that's enough walkin? hehe. Oh and congrats on your grades! I'll cross my fingers for you too, you deserve the college you want! I'm in your same boat too, I had so many ed issues that I could've done a lot better in school...but oh well, this year's a new start :-) yeah, sometimes I have to go to italian restaurants with my friends, and I just get some kind of pasta with marinara. I'm still scared of those heavy cream ones too haha. I used to be a fan of those things, could eat like 2 lasagnas without caring. aaah i miss those days! psychoj- you definitely should try my "creations"; they're amazing hehe :p (idk if they can beat your pancakes though ;-) )! ohhh and go USA! peanut_butter- I usually have issues with scales too, that's why I try not to weigh myself so often. At the doctors I weigh 95 lbs, at my house I weigh 88 (in a super accurate scale?), at my friends I weigh 90. Sooo I have no idea! I go with my scale though, because its relatively new and I do it in the morning when I have not yet eaten. Plus, it's the one I weigh less in, so I wanna get my weight back up to normal with just that scale, regardless if i'll weigh more with other ones. aqua-yeah, I've tried stonyfield, and it's not bad! But I just get greek yogurt because of its protein content. Plus here stonyfield is more expensive for me, so yeaah, I'm cheap. I've come to love greek yogurt though :-). mm and maybe when I run out of my pb tub I'll try the almond one...sounds yummy ok, speaking of scales...does anyone have problems not measuring? I know I tried not measuring food out with tablespoons, cups, and scales, butttt I couldn't do it. it's like so hard to get over it. I hate having to take out those things every time, and it's not "normal", y'know? Normal people just eat as much of it as they want, but I can't get myself to do that yet. I mean I mainly do it now so that I don't undereat, but what about in the long run? I don't wanna live all my life measuring food, it's just not normal to me..but I don't know if i'll ever be able to get over it..Has anyone overcome this? Or are we pretty much destined to have some kind of "voice" for the rest of our lives? Like, now that I know so much about nutrition (i pretty much was teaching my dietitian some things???), it sucks to think that I'm stuck with it for the rest of my life. Will I ever not care about how many calories, how many grams, how many servings..? I don't know, I'm eating enough calorie-wise, but it's still not completely normal. I know i asked like 10 questions, sorry about the rant. I just had to tell someone, and all of you guys make me feel comfortable:-)

I absolutely LOVE mexican, but I always want the quesadillas and enchiladas, haha not your best option calorie-wise. I'm pretty sure the best option is fajitas. Usually where I go you can order them and then make them yourself. If you're really going for low cal, just add veggies, salsa, and beans/meat to your pita. Skip the cheese, sour cream, go easy on the rice (if you have any at all) and try not to eat those chips they serve! They're so addicting, but are like 500 calories for the whole thing...Or something way up there haha. |

freeze it with the peel off, else it takes too long to thaw or you'll have to microwave it. What I do is put it in waxed paper so it doesn't stick, and I usually add a popsicle stick. Or just put it in a ziplock bag and freeze :-) |

agru- i took like a cup of greek yogurt and 1/4 cup of soy milk and froze it for an hour then put the warm baked apple on top, syrup, cinnamon, peanut butter,and mixed. its really good :-). I can't eat those fruit yogurts and stuff cause I'm vegetarian and they have gelatin..so oh well, I gotta make my own inventioins! :p. oh about cardio, I only did elliptical for 30 (could not make myself go slow; that's why I have to restrain from exercising so much..). But elliptical's not so bad right? I meannn I probably shouldn't be doing it every day yet, but I felt relaxed? oh yeah i just had 2 slices of whole wheat toast w. smart balance. yummy |

agru- congrats on the job interview! I bet you'll make it. And that's great that you went and bought all that food haha, makes me hungry! You have to let me know if that kashi pizza is good; it sounds good but I've never bought it because frozen meals sometimes disappoint me. I also have the bruschetta burgers they are amazing! gibbit- glad you're putting yesterday behind you andd moving on. mm your meals sound yummy! :-) psycho- glad your apt went well! aqua- just wondering like agru, is almond butter sweeter than peanut butter? Is it yummier? haha i love pb buttt i'm curious if almond buttert could beat pb :-O (like agru, I like sweeter better than salty- my pb is low sodium) ok todayy, I actually felt I had a lot of energy and worked out. It felt really good, and I know I'm not supposed to do it heavily, but I really really missed it and just had to (only did 30 mins + strength training). Besides, I've been eating a lot and ate back my cals too. today i've had: b-2 egg whites, veggies, nutritional yeast, hummus. Pb, blueberries, puffed millet, cinnamon s- oatmeal w/ pumpkin, cottage cheese, cinnamon (pumpkin pie- like!), sf maple syrup, vanilla, reddi whip s- banana, cocoa powder, stevia, almond breeze, ice-----amazing recovery smoothie after gym :-) l-lentils, kamut & quinoa spirals, spinach, tomatoes, nutritional yeast, hummus. frozen Greek yogurt & soy milk w/, baked apple, pb, sf syrup, s- mighty bites cereal d- lentils, whole wheat pita, soy cheese, veggies, olive oil s- popcorn w. sprinkled cinnamon, syrup, vanilla, and blackberries all mixed in. soooo yummy s- cup o warm soy milk w, nutmeg, cinnamon. :-)

lala- I used to try and do 30 mins of either elliptical/running or something and then strength training like 4 times a week. But now my doctors are recommending i only WALK for half an hour, and not even at like 3.5 mph. They're telling me I shouldn't even do cardio. And it's so infuriating because I feel like I need to exercise regardless of my ed. I like it.. charliebo- thanks for your input! I just need to get rid of that stupid voice that tells me to stop eating at a certain point. I need to do this for myself. I need to gain 10 more lbs, and the faster the better. gibbit- I'm sorrry you're in that situation too. I know how you feel when you're out and all you can think about is what to eat next. It's sooooo annoying, and it makes me be in a bad mood. But just try pushing that voice away..and today's a new day. Think about things that make you happy, and enjoy your life. Our life shouldn't be a menu! Also, if you're on the go a lot, try bringing portable snacks. I mean I'm always out and about and I'd have to eat like 1000 cals at night cause I hadn't reached my goal...and it sucked. I felt like I was binging and stuffing my face with anything I could find. But now I just try bringing a bar with me, a fruit, sandwich.. and it's become less worrisome to fit in all my calories at night. Hopefully this helps? |

aimee- a lot of us happen to go through that in recovery. It's so hard for me too, because the main reason I started losing was because I wanted a flat belly. And now that I'm recovering, it's all going to my stomach and I feel gross ahh. I also get bloated no matter what I eat...it's like I'm skinny everywhere else and then this huge stomach bloat. But it will soon be over, and it will balance out...and we'll be ok. I dunno if water helps, but I drink lots of it. |

thanks agru & aqua. I feel better now. I mean I obviously can not look fat at 95 lbs or even 105 (gw)! well, my dietitian thought it was the faster the better. I dont have to see her again till next month :-). But now that I've calmed down I'm pretty sure it's water retention because there's no way I gained 1.5 lbs in a week. I usually gain steadily.. agru-kamut & quinoa spirals are like pasta, butttt more protein? I just tried them for the heck of it, I don't think they have gluten. They're yummy. And you're doing so good haha it doesn't matter what you eat I just have this "clean eating" thing in my head still- I wish I didnt anyway, I went out with friends after that. Came home, had another banana. like 6 cups of popcorn (plain), and a cup of pumpkin w/ cinnamon & cottage cheese. I probably just made it to the 2000 cal mark today, but I really don't feel like counting. Today just wasn't my day..

wowww meesh this just made my day better. I'm totally bloated right now and wondering if anyone else feels like I do right now, and you practically just answered all my questions. I'm not the only one that goes through this! I will keep on eating 2500+, regardless of it. No more ED mindset. |

hey guys, I haven't been able to come on for a couple days (work, friends & stuff)...let's just say I really missed you all :-) Anyway, I went to the dietitian today..and I'm freakin out because I got weighed last week and I was at 94 now 95.5 in ONE week. I'm having an ED moment right now, my mind is telling me, "STOP eating so much you're gaining too fast". But at the same time I chugged a lot of water today and had quite a lot of food befre I went. Sooo maybe it's all that? I mean I wasn't even gaining at 2000 and now all of a sudden I weigh 1.5 more lbs? I know I feel guilty for having these thoughts but I can't help it. Regardless of this, I have kept on eating.. b-egg whites, veggies, hummus, pepper jack slice. 2 cups of puffed corn cereal, soy milk, cinnamon. coffee w/ soy milk again s- english muffin, 1 oz trail mix, 30 crackers. ugh s-kamut & quinoa spirals l- tofu, nutritional yeast, veggies, hummus, salsa, veg gravy s- cup greek yogurt, crushed ice, 1 cup of bluberries & blackberries (This is when I went to the dietitian..) s-kashi pb bar and i was just CRAVING chocolate when I got home. I had a baby banana, thenn: oatmeal, cocoa powder, carnation instant chocolate, and a vitatop deep chocolate brownie ALL mixed in. heavennnnn. I feel like a pig todayyy :-( Help meee block these negative thoughts! |

Hey guysss :) agru- yeah i usually buy the big container then store the rest in the fridge. I eat a lot though soo you might want to get the small container so it doesn't perish. As for greek yogurt, I get the trader joe's big containers. They have like 2.5 servings perrr container. HEhe I buy like 3 for one week. And arrowhead mills has like unsweetened cereal, comes in puffed corn, kamut, millet....I dunno, I just like to sweeten things myself? So i get it. gibbit- haha the CAT scan was kind of scary for me. No pain but still kind of creepy. I'm just wondering, they gave me two containers of barium sulfate. Does anyone know whyyyy in the world I feel so stuffed. that stuff doesn't even have calories?. I mean I haven't eaten hardly because I can't eat before a CT scan. But I drank those shakes and maaaaan I can't fit in anything :(. Gibbit, or if anyone's had a CT scan, any similar experiences? |
