I try to drink water while eating and when I drink juice I dilute it so it's half juice half water. and of course I bring water with me to the gym

I don't use mine nearly as much as I should but I love how it monitors my weight loss (and some gain Embarassed) And when I do use it I find myself getting a pretty good work out. Not as good as going to the gym but better than playing regular video games!
