| Start weight 138 lbs current weight 132.5lbs goals weight 120 lbs I lost 2.5 lbs in the last week...is that abnormal? I worked out for a week and a half straight, an hour cardio each time, and I wasn't really losing weight that much. Then for the past two days I didn't workout because I have a huge test tomorrow and I lost 1.5 lbs in the last two days while eating pizza and and in 'n out hamburger. I think its strange. I'm going to start slim in 6 tomorrow when im officially done with school! (for this year anyway..) |

| Hi! I just ordered Si6 through ebay and it was shipped yesterday so I should be getting it soon. I ordered si6 a couple of years ago and did it for a little bit, but very inconsistently so i didn't see any results. I bought it again because I lost my original ones. But now, I'm fully committed to working out with si6 for the next 6 weeks. I've prepared by doing cardio everyday this week for 40 mins. We'll see how it goes. | |||

| Start weight 136lbs. I worked out everyday this week for 40 mins and I ate really healthy, but I'm still at 136 lbs as of this morning. I was 135 earlier this week. But I guess i can't count that since official weigh in is today. We'll see how it goes next week. Its TTOM so maybe I'm retaining water. Also...I think I'm constipated. I haven't gone bathroom for like almost a week. I feel like I'm carrying 10 pounds of waste. hmmm.. | |||

| Hi! I'd like to join. I've been 130 all through high school and beginning part of college. It didn't seem to matter how much i dieted or how much i exercised, I never lost weight. On the other hand when I stopped dieting and exercising, I didn't gain any weight. Im 5'4" and 23 years old. But, in one summer, i gained 10-14 lbs to an all time high of 144lbs. Last year I lost about 17 pounds to an all time low of 127lbs in dec 2006. But ever since then I've gained back 10 pounds to 138lbs. Now I'm starting over and I've lost 2 so far. I've wanted to be in the 120's all my life. 120 is my ultimate goal. |

| I started yoga 2 weeks ago and I really like it. I dont like running, the elliptical, or other forms of cardio. Its too boring for me and I cant stay on for too long because I just get bored. I joined a Yoga studio and they have a bunch of different time slots that I can just go to and different teachers so its a different experience each time. Hopefully its enough exercise. | |||

| Hi everyone! This is my first post on this site. I usually just lurk around, but this thread seems to fit me so well. It looks like there are alot of people in their 20's in this thread. I am a 23 y.o., 5'4" female. In high school and for the first half of college I was a consistent 130lbs, but in one summer while studying for my MCATs, eating all day and not moving at all, I gained about 15 pounds. I held on to that weight for about 2 years not being able to take it off. I don't have as much to lose, but it has still been a struggle. Since starting med school in the fall, I managed to lose 15 pounds and was at an all time low of 126 pounds by 12/2006. However, since then, I've been eating really badly and gained back 10 pounds. I am now starting again. My ultimate goal is to be 120 pounds. 6/2006 145lbs 12/2006 126lbs 5/28/2007 136lbs Goal: 120 lbs by 9/1/2007 (15 pounds to lose) Good luck everyone! |
