This might sound weird/painful, but it really works! When you start feeling cravings because you are bored, lay down on the ground and do as many push-up as you can, making sure that you are breathing right. Then, turn around and do as many sit-ups as you can. (Maybe 30, 30?) Then turn back to the push ups and continue the cycle. When you start warming up (or sweating) stop and drink lots of water. Do this until your cravings are gone. I know it may not sound appealing, but believe me, once you are on the floor working out and you feel the heat, your cravings will stop and you will want to do anything BUT eat. |

Age: 18 Weight: 138 Height: 5' 2'' (small frame) Goal: 110-115 by September About me: I gained a lot of weight (25 pounds in 3 months) when i was 15 because I moved from Uruguay to the US and suffered "culture shock". Now I still have those extra pounds and want to lose them before I go to college. I would love to have a buddy to share the "pain" and our successes :) |
