Have you measured your body? I have found in the weeks that I'm not loosing on the scale I am loosing inches and usually belly and hips. I try to remember that when I go a week without a drop and I know I've done everything I'm suppose to do. Keeps me from getting down on myself. |

That's what I do also. That eat/burn thing took me some time to use as a tool (until I saw the little question mark) and now I use it all day long! Good luck, I lost a pound a week so it sure has helped me keep track. I started at 175 this summer (July 7) and this AM hit the 140's (albeit 149). I havn't seen that number in years. Slow and steady. |

Bless your heart! I loved reading that because it's so right on! I know that I have been guilty but I'm working hard at talking "health" not fat or thin talk. Someone make a remarke to me about how much weight I'd lost. I just said I'm working real hard on getting healthy and fit. The weight coming off is just a benifit to lower B/P and and less joint pain! Thanks again for the post |
