B- small glass of milk and a piece of bread.

L- rice w/ baked beans and boiled vegetables, a piece of fruit.

S- none/a tangerine, or apple or a piece of fruit.

D- rice w/ small piece of beef, boiled/fried vegetables.

this is all about 1300 calories.

i am strict on: no junk food, no food between breakfast and lunch, and no sugary drinks .

I fill up on only green tea/water.

if she likes horses, you can have her do some stable-work... grooming, mucking out... etc...

then when she loses some weight, she can horseride. :) that's my way of slimming down. :D

and i eat around 1300 calories per day now.

my periods are irregular.

i'm still losing inches, but i'm gaining weight?
