4-6 chops 1 can of Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 cup of low sodium beef broth 1 packet of pork gravy (powder) pepper to taste Preheat overn to 325. Brown pork chops and put in a greased casserole dish. Mix over medium heat, soup and beef broth until it comes to a boil. And the gravy mix and stir for about a minute or until it thickens up. Pour over porkchops. Cover and bake for 2-3 hours. It is one of my favorite Sunday night dinners :) I will add fresh pan fried/browned mushrooms to it also sometimes. I'll serve it with brown rice or low carb/wheat noodles. |

Never replaced the eggs with just egg whites but I always use un-sweetened applesauce in place of the oil they call for. So if it says 1/4 cup oil, I put in 1/4 cup applesauce. You can't taste a bit a difference and the texture is just as good also. |

Yeah I know! Totally disgusting! And of course rude, uneccesary, selfish...he does it all the time! I had stored about 4 sugar free pudding and jello cups in the fridge to have on hand for a snack...the next week went to eat one...ALL of them were gone! Was able to find one empty cup in his garbage that the cleaner hadn't gotten to yet. Grrrrrrrrrr I have to bring my flavored coffee creamer in a disquised container (like a little tupperware container) or it will all be gone in ONE day! The big tall container mind you...ugh this place somedays, what has happened to people's manners?!?!?!

It's funny and frustrating at the same time We had a new receptionist start a few weeks ago and I took her out for lunch for her first day. She put her leftovers in the fridge for tomorrow's lunch...went to eat them the next day, the box was in there but it was empty! He had the nerve to eat it all and put the empty box in the fridge! Some people... |

almost forgot! sometimes i top them with fried/browned mushrooms (just cooked in a pan w/pam) seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic and just a dash of the same italian seasoning i used for the burgers! |

I found these wraps by the deli in my grocery store called Flatouts . They are only about 90-110 cals depending on which flavor you buy. They have a good amount of fiber and protein and they are a good sized too. But I used that to build a delicious thin crispy pizza. Preheat oven to 425 I topped w/low sodium tomato sauce, added my own seasonings...fresh garlic, a bit of salt, basil & oregano. Then added reduced fat mozzarella, topped w/fresh tomatoes, mushrooms, black olives and turkey pepperoni. Baked for about 15 minutes I believe. It was crispy and delicious! |

Do you have a crockpot? I stick chicken breast in the crockpot with salsa on my lunch from work at around 12. When i get home at 5, i drain the juice out add more salsa, black olives and other seasonings (garlic, salt, pepper), shred the chicken and top with low fat cheddar cheese. Put the cover back on for about 10 minutes to melt. Scoop out what you want and top with ff sour cream and onions if you choose and eat or i sometimes eat it by scooping it up with tostitos... |

pickles w/american cheese (don't eat it anymore but was a staple snack as a kid) vanilla icecream, chocolate syrup and crushed ritz crackers...the salty and the sweet are soooooo good saltines and orange juice all mushed up in your mouth together I don't think they are that weird :) I don't like having my food touch or mixed for the most part so it kind of prevents me from making any off the wall creation.

I haven't gotten to the 'moves' section yet but from the pictures I have glanced at, yes I would say most you could do in your home gym. NROLFW is anti cardio in a sense. He recognizes the benefits of it and says you can keep going with your cardio but suggests that you possibly cut it back a bit (depending what your routine is) and change it to interval. I am still reading and haven't jumped into the whole plan yet so, I will leave it to some one else to answer the upping cals, weight trend question you had :) |

I am just received my book earlier this week and am about half way through it (wish I had more time to read!). I am excited to get started but what to read it all before I jump in :) I love his outlook on food, weights etc and his added humor in there is great! I can't wait to see what results I get from their plan compared to the results I have seen from my current work out! I am interested to hear everyone else's thoughts on it and their results! Here's to all the soon to be goddess's or maybe new and improved goddess's would be better |

I just made this last night and loved it! 1/3 cup light onion chive cream cheese 1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth Mix together in a sauce pan, bring to a boil, simmer for a few minutes until it thickens! I mixed the sauce with some browned mushrooms and rice last night and it was very very good! |
