Weigh in is tommorrow..and I have a confession.. I have not been eating well this week and I think TTOM is near. I'm not expecing any losses on the scale tommorrow, most likley a gain. I just needed to get that off my chest. |

I'm excited, I did the september one and didn't except to go over my goal.. so i kinda am glad that i did it. i'm doing this one because it helped me out the first time, so here's to october and halloween candy! |

that exact same thing happened to me, i know how you feel! i stopped, and then started the old routine that helped me out initally and i realized that i wasn't as into as i was when i first started. what helped me, was that i started counting calories again. it was hard the first week, but after that i felt much better. then, i went back to the gym -- i went all into it because the easing into things doesn't work for me. whenever i ease into things i get stuck not challenging myself. also, what also helped me was to get a whole bunch of new songs on my mp3 player, the new music helped. i also took feljones view.. if i don't start shaping up now i'm going to keep going down that road and it'll taken even longer to get to where i want to be. |

This is going to be a challenge because I'm not familiar with many pastas..haha.
1) Which pasta tastes best with a bolognaise/ meat and tomato sauce? Bowtie. <3 2) Which pasta do you like more: Spaghetti, I haven't seen the other one? Oh..I googledi t, I chose tagliatelle..<3 3) Fresh pasta or dried? I have only had dried, but I think fresh would be delicious. 4) Do you prefer to eat wholewheat pasta or white? Wholewheat, it has more flavor and chew. 5) Do you like simple, oil/butter sauces, or rich, meaty/beany ones? Rich beany ones. 6) Which type of pasta is best in minestrone - broken long noodle shapes, or conchiglini/ ditallini (teeny pasta shapes)? Broken long noodle shapes. I like the swirly looking pasta. 7) Do you prefer pasta over rice or vice versa? I prefer rice. 8) Which pasta do you cook most often at home? Bowties. 9) Which type of pasta do you like to get if it's on the menu eating out? Umm, fettuchini or angel hair. 10) Do you like any sweet pasta dishes, such as honey/ lemon vermicelli? Your turkey and cheese sandwich is dry, what do you put on it? -- Mustard or hummus. <3 You're being executed, what do you request for a last meal? -- Crunchy peanut butter & nutella sandwitch, in & out burger with fries from burger king, and nacho grandes, a couple of homemade cupcakes, with soymilk. If you had to eat at one fast food restaurant for breakfast, which would it be? Dennys, or Cocos. <3 Your inlaws are coming for dinner, what do you make to impress them?: Umm, a three course japanese meal, lol What food would you be very dissapointed if your grocery store stopped carrying? Almond Breeze You go grocery shopping, they dont have your brand of peanut butter, would you drive 20 minutes to get it, or buy the unhealthy version (if you eat the natural stuff)? Buy the unhealthy version. How long does it take you to grocery shop? 5 minutes, I live at school so not long at all. Best topping to spread on a bagel? Peanut butter, jelly, or nutella, whipped cream cheese. Best thing to put on a pb sandwich (jelly, banana, honey, etc)? Jelly, nutella, fluffernutter, bananas Food you go through the fastest?: Bread Youre at a restaurant and are splurging, eat more food or go for dessert?: Eat more food. One food you would make calorie free if you could? Cinnamon buns. Cook or be cooked for? Cook. Unpeel the banana and then eat it or peel as you eat? Peel as I eat. Rip up lettuce and then wash it or wash it then rip it up? Rip then wash. Season meat and then throw it in the pan or put it in and then season? Season then throw. Best way to make a burger? By hand..black beans/carrots/etc. w/e is on hand. then baking it. Could you honestly eat chicken breast and broccoli for the rest of your life? umm, no. Favorite drink to have with dinner?: water

I agree with the guy who said to get the peanuts and salt one. You will seriously change your mind about your peanut butter addiction. My mother bought one once to try it out..half the jar is sitting in the pantry a couple months later. The only peanut butter I really crave is the jiffy/skippy sugary, hydrogenated oily one. I love it though, can't give it up. Self control has a lot to do with it, I've been there with the whole spoonful after spoonful though, you can do it. You just have to make that decision. |

Eggs - Boiled, and how they get when you put them in the microwave. Sometimes poached and on a piece of toast. Potato - All, I enjoy fries, I enjoy baked, boiled..mm I love potatoes. Berries - Fresh to eat, frozen for smoothies. Tomatoes - Juice, paste, and raw. Beans - Curried, stewed, not fried. Corn - Love cornbread, love corn tortillas, also enjoy it in the microwave, grilled, and just the kernels themselves sometimes. Cheese - With apples or plain. Meat - BBQed. Nuts - I love them as butters, and also love almonds roasted and seasoned with soy sauce, chili, lime, salt, etc. I only really like almonds and walnuts..occasionally. Green veggies - Everywhere. Carrots - Raw, cooked, grilled. Never in dessert. Milk - By itself, and with smoothies. But it has to be almond milk or soy plz. Rice - As a side dish, I grew up on it. Fish - Steamed, boiled, fried, raw, sauteed, baked, <3 it all. Oats - Baked goods and granola with yogurt. |

hamburger: In N Out <3 fries: Burger King. They're super crispy and yummy! onion rings: I don't like onion rings~ ice cream: Cold stone creamery, yummo. baked goods: I <3 baked goodies. This place in the bay area called Arizmendi, as well as the local panderia..mm. chicken wings: Don't really eat much chicken. poutine: Never had that before, but it looks delish! pizza: Oohh, this place called Two Guys from Italy, the pizza comes cut in squares and in high school they always used to order it, so it brings back good memories. chinese food: Not much of a fan of Chinese. italian food: Not much of a fan of Italian, maybe Alejos.. turkey sandwich: Don't eat turkey much either, lol. caesar salad: Don't like ceasar. I sound picky right now, which I totally am not haha~ milkshake: In N Out? taco: Del Taco! Macho Taco plz. Or Rubios for the fish taco. doughnut: Yum Yum Donuts. bagel: Panera Bread. cinnamon roll: Yum Yum Donuts. |

that's me too! i work out almost every day, and on weekends when I don't i eat a ton and stay the same weight. it's frustrating, because i go to the gym so often yet eat a lot. so, yes i am in the same boat.
but, much of the time it comes to choice! |
