Ok I will admit this was a long time ago when I worked in fast food (Roy Rogers in a Phila suburb).... but there were always roaches (small ones) that would "hang out" around the milkshake machines.....many would end up in the milkshakes. Yuck. |

Hi - I am down a bit (2 lbs) since last week to 166 so maybe I finally burned off all those calories from my night out! BTW Stace - thanks for the reminder that Guinness is almost the same as drinking a light beer! I usu do drink the Sierras too. I have been working out like crazy at the gym 5 out of 7 days the last week so I had better start seeing some results! rnjt - as long as your clothes are noticeably fitting better it shouldn't matter as much if you actually gained a few! amazing how one day of a bit of splurging will reflect on the scale the next! 04/14/08 - 168.0 4/21/08 - 166.0

Hi - I'd like to join this as well as 15lbs is exactly what I am looking to lose. I just started getting back on track and recording all my meals, but a support group always helps. I'm 5'7 and I'm at 167 right now, want to get down to low 150s. The weekends are typically what hurt me the most so I have to watch it for that Monday weigh-in! |
