heyyyyy i definitely have the same exact problem as you, and the doctors do not know what to do. it is very frustatting bc they keep telling me its ibs too but i dont have diarhara..i get constipated like you and i have really bad stomach pains everyday no matter what i eat. i feel your pain bc i cant eat -dairy,onions,garlic,anything spicey,basically all dressings,fruits,tomatos,tomato sauce,ketchup,mustard,pickles,bbq sauce,seasonings,anything with alot of sugar,anything with alot of soidum,chips,pretzels,and moreeeeee basically everything upsets it and makes it bloat up and makes me look pregnant just like your saying and i cant stand it if you find out anything or know any tips please let me know |

breakfast- 2 slices of light wheat bread, 1/4 cup of egg whites,mushrooms,yellow squash, & broccoli with water snack-rice cakes or medium carrot lunch-big salad with tuna with water or light lemonade snack-rice cakes or vegis or a couple of strawberries dinner-chicken with vegetables ( sweet potatos,squash,turnip,brussel sprouts,cauliflower,broccoli) well not all of those in one dinner but those are ones i pick from snack- either a cup of fiber one honey clusters cereal or 2 toasted slices of light wheat bread with better n peanut butter & fluff. or 2 rice cakes with fluff and strawberries and i usually stay at above 1200 calories |

you should try "better n peanut butter" it has only 2g of fat, no oils like regular peanut butter, only 2 g of sugar and 2 tablespoons is 100 calories. it is like a miracle food. i love peanut butter just like you. and im addicted to better n peanut butter and it is healthy and i dont feel guilty |

the sugar in fruit is not bad, but yes just limit the intake you have of them.if you have too much sugar intake your body seems to crave sugar more and people tend to binge. you need to be careful when reading labels of any kind of juice bc they can be just as damaging as the bottle of soda or candy bar. However when looking for juices try sugar-free juices they do have them and they are just as tasty. or flavored waters as well are good . -on a side note you can still eat your chocolate , just have one piece of dark chocolate per day ( it is very healthy for you and has good antioxidants)

my boobs have gotten smaller as well. before i was a 38D and now i am a proud 34C and i love it. but i dont like how they are not perky.( def lookin into a boob lift lol )
but the worst part of losing alot of weight is my period is very messed up, havnt had it in 4 months and i was put on hormonal pills to get it. and i still have not had it :( scaryyyyyyyy!! |

yeahhh i totallly agree with you..i could not run anythinggg before and i was not an active person..now after running nonstop ..it comes easy for me and i enjoy it! good luck to everyone elseee who decides on running for the first time
and sundari- who cares what people think of you ..they are jealous bc u are the smart one getting exercise outside..while they are lazyyy driving lol |

u were complaining beforeee thatt you ate too many cookies at lunch and breakfast but then u had one for dinner as well. loll instead of eating that one cookie at 150 calories u could of had alot more food that was healthier and more filling lol. buttt everyone makes mistakes just try eating better the next day :) |

a machine that can do your hair and makeup for you in few minutes. i hate being rushed in the morning. a hand held home fat sucker or to reduce bloating lol a machine that will tell you what your boyfriend is thinking a computer that you type in food you want to eat and it makes it by itself without you getting food or preparing it. a car that will drive you around that would be the lifee |

PEANUT BUTTER. peanuts.oreos.chocolate chip cookies.pancakes with lots of syrup.PIZZAAA.pasta of every sort.muffins.bagels.donuts.chinese fooood. fried foods. french fries w/ lots of ketchup.ICE CREAM.GUCAMOLE W/ SALTY TORTILLA CHIPS -let me note i have not had any of these items ina loooongg time & i can not eat half of them bc i have severe IBS & is lacto dont ya wish you could eat whatever you wanted and you would not gain weight. 1. i was walking in the mall and a couple of girls were like awww are you pregant ( which i wasnt). that hurt 2. in high school this boy was bragging to everyone how he lost his virginity finally to some random girl he met on vacation.and the guys were like wha she look like. and he was likeeee " ughhh not that great looking, she was on the chubby fat side like amanda"!!! and i was sitting with all the guys during this convo :(. i realllly hate that kid still, and sadly he is still part of my life becuase he is my boyfriends best friendd. ughhhh! but he is in guam for the next 2 years so haha! |

| you should maybe wait till about 9 or 10 am because your body is still digesting the food from midnight. but it also depends on what you ate at midnight, if it was good food dont be worried about eating and if it was junk foooddd wait till about 9 or 10 :) | |||
