for starters I really just wanted to know opinions of people who tried it. second it sayS eat all you want I am consuming 1600 cal a day. i know LOTS OF VEGGIES AND FRUIT! THIRD LAST TIME I CHECKED FRUITS AND VEGGIES CONTAINED TONS OF CARBS SO PLEASE READ SLOWLY MY FORUM BEFORE COMMENTING

Go on the peanut butter& jelly=($4.00 diet) its really cheap and filling on whole wheat=$1.88 Kroger at wal-mart and Bananas=$2.00 for 8. Have 3 sandwiches = 400 cal each = 1200 cal. have 3 bananas for snacks= 90 cal each =270 all of this adds up to 1470 cal a day, plus you should feel full! Also bananas help with water weight. This is what I did when we were strapped for a cash and couldn't eat a well balanced diet on my budget. |

| thanks for the advice. Also the pic is of my pre- baby weight. I look so DIFFERENT FROM that. With sagging stomach, cellulite , and stretch marks!! What keeps me sane is my healthY beautiful baby boy!! | |||

| Well than I GUESS there was a whole mishap on my communication and expectations on weight loss; thanks everyone for the support. I am a bit sensitive, lol hormones!!I guess I should feel proud of my weight loss (40lbs in 4 months) and continue to keep doing what I'M DOING. Right now I am doing cardio 5x a week 45-60min with 350 sit-ups and 100 lady push ups. Any suggestions on my workout routine. losing weight is sooo Frustrating not being able to fit into your clothes, just feeling a bit defeated, I woke up frustrated this morning. I worked out soo hard this week and only lost a pound! My goal was to get to 135 form 138 Sunday. | |||

| So basically instead of all the lectures and criticisms. all everyone had to say is "hey its an unrealistic goal", because------------". No need for all the bashing. I'm new to all this fitness stuff and am not aware of what's normal what isn't but i tell you one thing it looks like if I need support this is the wrong website. Kind of make's me feel sick to my stomach and a bit discourage to add forums without all the negative feedback!! |

| I FEEL YOUR PAIN I'm going on 4 days of not purging and everyday its such a struggle! Its soo much easier to eat all you want and purge. Just try getting back on track by following your diet routine. Start counting your calories, this has allowed me to put my mind on calories rather than purging. I've have been kind of obsessive compulsive but hey its better than purging | |||

| So than every one on here must be insecure. As a society we lose weight to feel good about ourselves, for energy, and for health. What nonsense are you talking about! Yes I am beautiful but what does that have to do with wanting to lose weight. I am slightly over weight. I completely feel it in my knees! This may sound silly to you but coming from 107 all this weight is really taking a toll on my body! Furthermore I am not looking for a crash diet just some pointers on how to lose some weight before Saturday. I'm not interested in a lecture rather support. If you gained 5lbs it's just water weight try to motivate yourself into working out (cardio, elliptical,jogging, biking)with 2-3 layers of clothes for 1 hour tomorrow. Put it in your head that you will get yourself pack to your weight from Friday. Eat all you want, eggs, chicken and salad all day (no carbs) (meaning no=bread,pasta,potatoes,beens,corn). I promise you will lose that water weight by Thursday. REMEMBER regardless you still burn weight without working out. Try the tools to see how much you lose with no activity. ] IF you love chocolate try to dip strawberries into fat-free chocolate syrup yummmy and you can eat all you want!!! |

| I soo feel you pain. I just had my first baby 9-12-07. I am looking for some support. I GAINED 70LBS, my weigh in at the time of birth was 177lbs now 4 months later i am down to 138lbs I want to get down to 117lbs. Its really hard to diet and breastfeed. A few days ago I went on a bananas and apple diet and my milk would not come down, i was freaking out, I immediately started eating tons of protein. Sure enough over 24 hours everything was back to normal it was quite scare!! NOw I am back to 1-3lbs per week |
