Thank you everyone for such great advice! I guess I just need to keep doing what I've been doing and the weight will eventually come off. Everyone has been so supportive on this forum! Thanks again!

Thanks HotHarmony! That makes me feel a ton better. I just wish I wasn't so hungry all the time, LOL. I have gotten the approval from my doc to start working out again, so I'm going to ease into it today. Wish me luck!
