I love it...I love it...I love it. I worked out for an hour and it didn't even feel like that much time had passed. I had to make myself stop so i could get stuff done around the house. I will be using it for a long time. I am glad i got it. was worth every dime:)

I would like to pump this up to the top. I am looking in to doing this. I think this is a really good weight loss to tool. Is anyone else doing this at this time? I would love some more ideas on meals.

#31- separate all your food into smaller portions the minute you get home for shopping. Then you won't be to tempted for seconds.

I would just like to say that God cares about your weight lose. If it matters to you it matters to God. There is nothing to small for God not to care about.  God cares and loves you more then anything and he cares about your stuggles even if it is just weight lose. Also remember to that God whats to be 1st in your life and sometimes we get so obsessed with weight lose we forget to put him first. Thank you for sharing you story and God bless

Hey cfosbrink I have not been exercising, but I am going to start Walking today I am going to start with a mile a day and try to get up to 3 or 5. I also what to start back at doing my slim 'n 6 again. I have never completed it and I want to.

smoking, I will have dreams that I smoked and they are so real that in the morning I am so mad at myself think "I can't believe after all this time you gave in and smoked how could you" Then I finally realise it was just and dream Thank God!

Thank you all for y'alls input it is all very helpful. amethystgirl I like the way you put it. So many times I will mess up and feel like I have just blown it and give up. You are right get up, dust yourself off and start where you left off. I do thing that It is all about committment when it comes to the exercise part. I think you have to committ to that part (you either exercise or you don't right). Again Thank you all:)

hey everyone. I have completely fall off the wagon. I have not worked out since last friday and it is really hard to get back in the groove of things:( I am just really hoping I didn't wait to long, I don't want to be sore again. I will be getting back on track I hope this weekend. Well I hope all is well with y'all.

I am with alleyway. There is nothing I can say that will make it better, but I will try. Use  it as fuel, Take everything that harts, get mad and let it drive you to be heathly. I don't want to tell you to tell you husband how it made you feel (talking is good), but I all so know how some men are. They don't even get why it hart so much and to me that would just make it worse to take my feelings to him and have him act like you are just make something out of nothing. Well I really hope this helps. Don't give up. What doesn't kill us make us stronger right. Push thru and focuse on the real reasons.

p.s Your baby is soooooooo cute:)

hey guys, I have not done so well this weekend. I have missed 3 days in a row:( I have family come in from out of town and with my work schedule there just wasn't enough time to do a workout and visit. I guess I could and should have done the ab workout. I will be back on track tomorrow. Hope everyone had a Great Easter!!!

Good morning all!!! Happy Good Friday:) I did my second day of RIU and it was hard, but I felt so good after I did it. I love that I can feel myself getting more tone:) I have had a could of times when I try to talk myself out of doing the workout, but then I close my eyes and picture what I will look like when I am done and might I say It is a good Picture LOL.

idgystripes I feel that way when I get to the band workout. I love that part I feel like I am getting a break when I do that part. You are so right about the floor work it is very hard. I feel like my hips are going to burst into flames LOL, but I know it is going to work. I really like the ab work out at the end. It harts but I can so see myself with a 6 pack OH YEA:)!!!

goal125  at what point did you really start to see a different in the way your body or even in the way your clothes fit?

Well good luck this weekend I know it is a Holiday and if I don't get to commit over the weekend Happy Easter:)

Hello all I thought I'd come check out this forum. I will be starting SB on monday:) I did Phase one about a year ago and lost 10lbs and then lose about 5lbs after, but I didn't follow thru and gained most of the weight back.

Oh yeah the music needs to go. I have been thinking about putting on my own music. My only problem with that is that I have to keep beat with the music. LOL when I walk on the treadmill I have to walk to the beat of the music or it throws me off. I know how you feel about the leg lifts. I am not sore anymore ( thank God), but right at first when I would get half way done with the workout My leg felt like they weighed 100 lbs I couldn't hardly lift them. I think that is my fav. part of RIU it's not all about the legs and your leg get a little bit of a break:)

Hey crazineko Great Job!!! That is always the hardest part (getting started). I know what you mean about getting burned out on RIU. I think I was getting burned out on the SIU. I don't care how burned out I get I will finish the 6 weeks I know it will give me results.

Hello everyone:) Well I did my First RIU last night. It was not as bad as I thought it would be. I really enjoyed the new moves (even thou I thought my hip were going to burst into flames;)) I can't wait for my stregth to build up and I am really excited to see the end results. There is no way I can do 6 weeks of this and not see result so I CAN'T WAIT!!! Hope everyone is doing good. until next time

Hello everyone:) I just finished my fourth day of SIU. It did feel really good. I can feel my legs getting stronger. I didn't know that I was suppose to move to RIU after day 2. I think I might try the RIU tomorrow. I am really nervous about it, The SIU still harts just a little. Well I hope every one did Good.
