I'm happy to report that for the most part I did. I went back to college to complete a degree (still in progress) I quit smoking that year and a lot of other things besides. Now I just need to focus on losing weight and getting healthy!! I haven't decided on what exercise to do yet. I need to start slowly b/c I haven't exercised in years! Mostly I just try to add walking distances to my daily routine - park the furthest away from the builing, take the stairs, and any thing else I can manage. |
