Weight Loss Frustrated and considering diet pill Apr 26 2008

Currently, my cardio is Taebo or one of my other dvds.  I try to change it up.  I at least workout for 30 minutes, sometimes 45.  I do workout hard.  Its hard for me to find any extra time to workout.  I'm exhausted by bedtime.  We usually try to take the boys to the zoo or the park on weekends.  So you think the cardio is more important?  Should I just completely skip weights or cut it down to once a week?

I've been eating between 1400 - 1600 calories a day depending on whether or not I workout.  I usually do cardio for 30 minutes 3 times a week.  I lift weights 2 times and week and do pilates once a week.  I usually get up and work out 1st thing in the morning - usually around 4:30 AM.  I have a 2 hour trip to work after dropping off the boys, so it takes me about an hour to get ready and packed up after working out.  I don't get home until 7:00 pm, so after giving the boys their bath and eating dinner, it's time to go to bed.

I guess I could give the fish oil pills a try.  I am just so frustrated with my weight loss results and with my job situation.  I constantly feel like I have a huge knot in my stomach.

You can do it.  We are in a similar situation.  I just had my second son on Nov. 2.  My first son is 3.  I am also working again, so I understand the time issue.  Generally, I end up working out around 9:00 PM after the 3 year old is in bed and my husband can watch the baby.  On days that I don't work, my 3 year old loves to "exercise with Mommy" and the baby likes to sit in the swing and watch.  I have lost about 40 lbs of my baby weight, but would like to lose about 20 more.  I am breastfeeding, and that makes counting calories somewhat difficult because I am starving all the time!  And I have been at a standstill on weightloss for about 3 weeks now, hopefully it will come off before I wean him.

I just had my second son Nov. 2.  I had lost all the weight from my first pregnancy before getting pregnant this time.  I have been breastfeeding, counting calories and working out at least 5 days a week since the 1st of the year (I had a C-Section so no working out allowed for a while).  I am starting to fit in my fat clothes again - size 10, but really want to get back into my size 6 clothes.  I am 5'4.
