From the looks of it, almost none of you all need to lose weight. I know this is all **** you heard before: You should maybe try gaining some muscle, which would help out with any un-wanted fat. I'm 5'3, 128 - 133 pounds (it fluctuates a lot), and I have a pretty muscular build. I've always had a chubby belly and less than spectacular arms, so me wanting to lose a couple pounds is much more justified. BUT DAMN! For our height, below 110 is considered emaciated. That should not be what you want to look like, come on. I've suffered with an eating disorder this past year too, I only got down to 120 below I passed out and almost sacrificed my softball career, but I in no way wanted to look like I was terminally ill. |

when i'm actually trying to be serious about my dieting, i eat between 1,000 - 1,500 calories. yeah, i know it isnt alot, but i actually eat quite a bit of grams during the day, so i feel fuller. i eat alot more smaller, really low cal snacks like every hour or so. the reason people, or atleast myself, go on these drastic low calorie thingies because of the want for fast results. yet, eating less can slow up results in the long run, along with your metabolism, if you eat more quantity, i dont see why you're body would need those extra calories. i know it's pretty unhealthy but if you want something bad enough and cant exercise, whatever. |

because i feel fat, i guess. yeah, i know - the measurement thing is what i've been sticking with, but i cant help but feel that i actually am bigger and just mis-measuring or something. i really dont want my bmi to even almost be considered overweight. |

I'm a sophomore, 5'3, 128 - 131 punds (it fluctuates like crazy) and have played softball all my life - highschool ball since 7th grade. right now, we've just had conditioning 5 days a week, saturday practice being a little less intense - but during the season we practice everyday 2 - 3 hours. im pretty muscular, but i'd like to get down to 120 - 115. mainly, i'd just like my belly fat to be gone. i know muscle weighs more than fat, but lately ive been gaining weight despite the BIG workouts and low cal diet dude. garrrr |

You could start taking healthy stuff from mom to your dad's. Im really sorry to hear about your situation, and it makes me realize that my fattening diet family isn't as non-supporting as I thought. Well yeah, I'm here for total support and someone to talk to if you need it! I'm 15 too, and although im not considered overweight, I've been a chubby kid for a long time and I really want be at peace with my body. |

| I'd kinda like to hear a story or two about people who gained weight after lipo elsewhere, like their face - or some really weird place. Not that i'm not sorry to hear that that can happen to people, I just want to see a picture of a really skinny person with a fat face. | |||

It's funny for me, because around that time, I don't like eating. When I'm happy, I want to eat extra food. When I'm sad, PMSing, or whatever - I almost want to starve myself. So, when I'm.. um.. happy, and I wanna sit, do nothing, and eat all day, I eat pickles. Ha,ha. They're 0 calories and the vinegar actually helps you burn calories. Plus, they put kind of a bad after taste in my mouth so eating anything else sounds nasty. I know my reply is kind of stupid and goofy, but... yeah. |
