I think they need to be refrigerated, but I'm not 100% positive. They are in the cooler section at Whole foods, so I think they need to be kept cold. Does it say on the package? |

I cannot live without it. I have introduced all my friends to it, and everyone agrees that it's the best salsa they have every had!! If you see it, stock up, it's the best!!! http://www.gardenfreshsalsa.com/ |

Those are soooooo good! I love the blueberry ones, but yeah, I would guess they are crazy in cals. They are soooo huge. I used to cute them in half and eat half, but they aren't really satisfying to me. I hate going to costco because everything is giant sized... |

Avacado definitely goes a long way! I usually slather a little bit of an avacado on the bread of my sandwiches to add flavor and keep them together! Works like a charm! |

| Weight Loss | Calories for this Cheesecake factory dish? | May 29 2009 18:14 (UTC) |

I just went to CF the other day for dinner. I live in NYC and they MUST post the calorie content as well. I'm not sure why it would be different here than in WA, but I always used to get the pasta di vinci, so I looked at it, and it was 1980 calories. That doesnt even include bread, a beverage, and god forbid a desert. The Cheesecakes didn't have individual calorie contents, instead they said all peices are between 1200-2100 per slice. I literally wanted to wakl out of the place after I started reading the menu, yet there was still a 30 minute wait on a Wednesday night after 9pm....GROSS!! |

I think they are factoring milk, and whole milk in fact. I asked an employee and that's what he told me. As long as it's just coffee with ice, you should still be at the lower calorie count. |

It looks like the 30 day shred burns about 200 calories per workout. If you are aiming to lose a lot of weight, you may want to throw something in on the shred days as well. I have been doing the 30 day shred everyday, the biggest loser weight loss yoga every 2 days (one off), and then I do the elliptical about 3-4 days per week for about 30-45 minutes. |

Great! We are starting tomorrow! Probably Level one for 5-10 days, and then moving up from there depending on how you feel. I also took my stats (measurements) earlier today, so I am going to track that too. |

Well I am sure everyone does this already, but I just have to rave about my homemade egg muffin (pretty basic!). I used to CRAVE the sausage mcmuffins from McDonalds, but after knowing how unhealthy they are i won't let myself have them anymore. This morning I made 1/2 cup of egg beaters (60 calories), and made it into a little mini omelet. Then I toasted a 100 calorie English muffin, put on one piece of American cheese (70 calories), and 2 slices of deli thin 98% fat free ham (17 calories). It was soooooo goood, and soooo filling!!! All for 247 calories! I'm definitely looking forward to these a couple times per week! |

Hi there, I really like my pill (the 3rd one i have tried overall), it's called Loestrin24Fe. It makes it so your period is only 4 days at the end of each cycle, and really light. Some months I don't even get my period which makes me really happy. I haven't had ANY side effects from it, and I really like it. I tried Seasonique, and I hated it. I bled for like 3 months straight and I finally stopped. I would try the Loestrin, my doctor usually has free samples, so you could probably get some from your doctor as well. |

Hi there, I don't have PCOS, but I do take the LoEstrin24Fe and I LOVE it. I still have a high sex drive, and I have NO side effects from the pill. I like it a lot more than any other pill I have taken, and I always recommend it to my friends. |

I think you should stick to calorie counting and also working out in order to lose the weight. You don't have THAT much to lose and I think with some hard work you can do it. Your routine sounds good, but maybe you should try to up the intensity a little at a time? Start walking a little faster, with more of an incline, until you feel comfortable pushing higher. |

I don't know. I really like the elliptical! It's a lot better than running, because the impact is a lot less, and it burns a similar amount of calories. I think that if you keep it up things will get better. And I agree that a TV is a great distraction! |

I check mine when I feel like I have started pushing harder, or have slowed down. That way the reader gets a more accurate read, in my opinion. It's important to have the heart rate and make sure it's accuarte for optimum results. |
