since I last posted my weight has INCREASED!
I am currently studying for a CPA exam. This is one of the most stressful times of my life.. I just graduated with a Masters, I am planning a wedding, I have no money, and I am trying to pass a ridiculous exam. I know there is no excuse though. I joined a gym that I am not going to. I keep buying potato chips and cookies.
I know what I need to do... I just haven't got that will power for some reason. |

Thanks for all the encouragement! I have never been in such a welcoming environment. I really do need to sign in more often and actually count my calories... I have gotten to the point where I just wish myself thin, instead of actually taking any action. Gela I am sorry to hear about your arthritis! That is just terrible! |
