thanks tini87. i'm still not sure about how the whole formula works. calories in vs calories burned. i'll try to figure it out.

According to the "calorie tool", I will need to eat 1250 calories a day in order to lose weight.  The kicker is that most days I barely eat even close to that, so how will I lose weight if I'm increasing my calories?  Please someone explain. Thanks!

I used to suffer horribly from panic attacks for 13 years.  Xanax was my drug of choice, but came to realize that the medication was just masking what was really going on.  I went to a hypnotherapist, who helped me greatly.  The bottom line was/is that "my brain is giving me the wrong information, and that the correct information is all is well".  This mantra and some deep relaxing breaths really help.  It gets me off the hook if that makes sense.
