I tried it a few weeks ago to tone and stretch, but if you really want a deep stretch with the sweat factor of burning tons of calories, Bikram yoga is the best! I've being doing it for about a week now, and what it is is yoga (beginner, intermediate, or advanced) in a heated studio (95-100 degrees) for 45-60 minutes. I've never sweat so much, and you really aren't working that hard. Holding the poses was difficult for me (I'm a beginner too) but after a couple of times you get the hang of it. |

I have a great playlist and I like everything from oldies (50-60s) to pop to rap.
