don't be hard on yourself. i heard this arguement one time agianst taking midol for cramps that pointed out that cramps are there in order to prepare you for the pains of child birth. my theory is that the whole PMS cycle is much like preganancy (note, i have never had children BUT i have a mother, and a grandmother, and spoken to o many of pregnant women in my time). i mean, think about it, you are bloated, you have this voracious appitite, you're emotional/irritable/impulsive, etc. EDIT: my point with this is that you're more in tune maternally- you aren't in synch but are deff more aware of your emotions and i think the eating has something to do with "hunting and gathering" skills, because i usually like grocery shop a lot during the tom |

I actually disagree. Confidence is attractive, but it isn't the reason people have feelings for eachother. Emotions are what attract people. So if there were two people who were not confident whatsoever, they would be attracted to eachother the same way two people with confidence would be. |

eeekk I agree. I'm not sure how i feel about looking completely skeletal, but it's not a bad thing to see a bone here or there... they are part of yur body. I think the problem starts when you're so desparate that you start making changes to your life in order to see your bones... I think someone loves thier body when it's a result of thier lifestyle, which they are proud of and love. |

OMG this is the stupidest question I have ever heard in my life. Of course the title was going to start a wildfire on this website, and I'm way to lazy to read all the posts. I draw the line when I know where it get's it's energy- directly from the sun, or from eating other things. |

i LOVE it when skinny people say that they worked hard for thier body, I admire it so much. I have known a couple girls who had anorexia just claim that they are naturally thin to ward people off... and that just bothered me to know extent. |

| Foods | Panera, good or bad for weight loss? | Mar 27 2008 13:47 (UTC) |

Yeah I'm sorry... I'm going to have to say that its good for your weight loss if you truly enjoy it. I'm not trying to lose weight or anything, but I have noticed on virtually all of these threads that when people feel like they are depriving themselves of foods thier diets fail and they gain weight, ironically. It's simple... just don't go over board. |

so am i, i guess, and i'm really really sorry. I didn't know that my post would trigger you like that. it's been bugging me all day that i made you feel greedy... and you're NOT. your diet is so balanced and ideal, it's really what I aim for every day.
so as a consolation- it's only like two- but ok- breakfast = a rice krispy :) snack = a huge cup of soy milk lunch = candied yams (i wanted to try them REALLY bad... now that I know what they are I normally wouldn't eat them for a meal lol) and I chased that with another cup of soy milk. (I forgot, this is an edit- I ate some carrots and hummus as a snack before I ate lunch) Right now I'm drinkin tea and the day is not over yet- I'm planning on eating wild rice, kidney beans and brussel sprouts for dinner and obviously I'll eat fruit later today |
