Sorry, i'm a little late with weighing in. I have been very busy! Anyways, I have unfortunately gained. I am now at 151. Need to be better! Dinarly and everyone else, I would love to do the honors and start a group with the new group features. I will get on that right now! |

tedyzgal, this is a continuation but we stopped for a while so we decided to start fresh. therefore, you can definately join! We are a very welcoming group. Its great that your weigh-ins are already on Saturdays! So just post your stats (starting weight, current weight, goal weight, height, etc.) and welcome to our group! Ok. So now for my weigh in. I am still at 150 but I just had a week off from eating healthy in which i just went crazy (pizza, whatever i felt like) because i am very stressed right now since the beginning of the school year is now. However, now i am back to eating well and need to figure out how to fit working out back into my schedule! So how is everyone else doing? |

Ok. I finally found the new thread. I'm female, started CC December 2007 weighing 165 (my start weight) and got down to 145. However, summer has caused me to gain weight up to 150. My goal weight is 130-5 by Thanksgiving. I'm also 5' 9" I'm excited to be in a Saturday group again!

Ok. i am so sorry but last weekend i was out of town and this weekend i will be too :( I had a computer but no scale last weekend and the case will be the same this weekend. I'm so sorry! However, I have gained a bit and need to begin exercising again. I have swam some and did yoga once but other than that i have been a couch potato when not working. I need to get back on track! My goal is to be at my goal weight of 130-135 (now 150) by the weekend before Thanksgiving. I need motivation! lucydawn, never have your goal out of sight and keep working! Everyone has their bad days and even weeks (like myself right now)! Are you eating enough calories? Also, what helps me lose weight is to just pig out within reason on one day of the week! It gets your metabolism going. Also, if that doesn't work chose two days to go crazy. I hit a plateau at 155 lbs for a long time and finally got out of it and down to 145. You will be ok. Also, one thing that is hard for me to remember-only eat if you are hungry and take a break before eating something else. It takes your body 30 minutes to digest and tell you if it needs food. Sorry I just wrote a lot. I kinda needed to get most of that out for myself and I hope it may help you. dinarly, congrats about getting below 170! Keep up the good work! staps, its ok if you splerge a little on vacation! You will make up for it when you get done with vacationing. Also, its actually good for you to be bad for a while to speed up your metabolism. |

Hey everyone! I feel so bad getting back into the picture and not being able to weigh-in this week due to being out of town. i am at the same weight right now. i need to get back on the bandwagon and start exercising (i used to many times a week and havent in 3 weeks!!!). |

I would love to join too! Can't wait to be up to the challenge! Height: 5'8.5" SW: 164 CW: 149.5 Labor Day GW: 137 GW (End of September): 130-5 I try to eat 1400 calories a day and more if I exercise to make up for some of the lost calories. I run 5-6 times a week. Everyother day I do strength conditioning (dumbell exercises, planks, crunches, etc.). On Sundays, I don't do anything---just eat well. However, the summer has made me forget about the whole exercise thing due to traveling so much. I NEED to get back on track!!!! |

I would love to join! I have about 20 pounds left. I am 5'8.5" and weigh 153. My goal weight is 130-135. I started at 164 in January. These days I have been eating really poorly and have gotten minimal exercise, because final exams are coming up in a couple weeks. So, I need some encouragement because I would love to lose a lot more before summer! I NEED encouragement/tips. :) |
