Already enough good info here. No it doesn't matter when you eat your carbs/fat/protein but the rule of thumb is you should be balanced like GI Jane said. Unless you notice you feel tired or lack energy you may want to in increase your carbs/sugar. 4-6 yogurts a day every day, doesn't sound like a variety. What about string cheese to replace one of these or how about a turkey sandwich with lettuce and tomatoes. |

Gi-Jane, you responded the way you always do, with applicable information I don't know what the OP is talking about I've seen rude responses by others and this one is no where near rude. |

An easy way to add calories, is with a sauch or dip. If you know you're under your calories when you eat an apple, dip it in peanut butter/nutella or something. It's all about balance now.

I admit it I came in looked at the pictures and left out, but I'm back to give my opinion. You do not need to lose any weight, but with that said what type of body do you want? Do you desire to have a more muscular body, if so you'll need to put on weight. |

Hi Marcus, CC is a great site and can assist with weight loss, maintenance or gaining. However with you being in a Morbidly obese range your first step may be to a doctor. I would also consider some type of in patient treatment center, as your life depends on it. Either way I hope you find the help you are looking for, it is possible for you to get your weight back down to a healthy range, you can do it, stay encouraged. |

Yeah I don't agree with that measurement method either. I'm 5'6 and think I'm more of a medium frame, I too have long fingers even though I'm not as tall as you. |

The last bit of information I'v eheard a 36D bra was average I'm not sure if that has changed from 3 years ago but thats what i heard this year. Also you have to take into consideration that so many women are wearing the wrong size bra. But I can say speaking as someone who wears a 34/36 D it's hard as heck to find them when the Semi Annual sale at Victorias secret starts :-) |

That movie, ticked me off. I saw it and I see I'm one of FEW. This is what I got from it. Aliens came here to test the 'humanity' of humans. They came to the conclusion that we suck and should be obliterated and they will do that later. In the begining of the movie I liked it but as soon as they introduced aliens I was over it. |

I think Dressing is more of a southern thing (though my mom is from detroit) She makes cornbread dressing too. cornbread, chicken broth, celery, breadcrumbs, onions etc. No apples or anything sweet that I can think of in the dressing. |

Canned, thank you. I don't like the consistency of whole berry so I probably wouldn't like homemade unless they strain it good. |

| Motivation | 6 weeks of working out, no change, losing motivation :( | Nov 13 2009 16:28 (UTC) |

First off 6 weeks commitment is good and I commend you I couldn't stay on a plan if I didn't see ANY results by 2 weeks LOL Also are you tracking your calories? With out ACCURATELY tracking your caloric intake/burn/deficit it's going to be hard to pinpoint what you need to change. Although I like the idea of going by how your clothes fit, butwe as humans tend to like numbers. Even if it's not on the scale try just taking your measurements, that way if the scale stay the same but you lost inches off your waist/thighs/arms etc you'll still know you're doing well. Sounds like you want to give up, I encourage you not to. But for the sake of your Sanity/Morale enjoy a meal that haven't indulged in. Note I said Meal not a whole day. I've come to notice that a whole day can be bad for some folks (like me). I hope this helps and here is a smile they seem to make things better |

I've been trying to get more fiber in my diet as well. Fiber One Bars are great I Looooove the Oats and Apple Streusel 9 gs of Fiber I tried the regular Fiber one Cereal and it was horrible in my opinion, but the Honey Clusters are great with 13 g of Fiber. I bag some up and eat it as a snack sometimes. |

Sounds like you are just on tough times. If being a pilot is your dream don't give up on it especially now that you have acquired the necessary skills. Credit Cards(CC) aren't a bad thing when managed properly and even then things can always come up. To address the CC issue I suggest speaking with a credit counselor and see if there is some way to work out the payment issue b4 considering bankruptcy. Without all of the info IE how many CC, how much debt, income, budget etc it's hard to say what you can do. Most of the time there is somewhere a person can cut back. 1 cup of coffee from starbucks a week 4 times a week is about $16-20, maybe bringing your lunch instead of eating out, renting a movie instead going out, etc. BTW if possible never only pay the minimum on a CC, it's always best to pay off CCs ASAP. Take a close look at your debt/expense/budget and see what you can cut back on. You can dig yourself out of Debt. |

I'm a bit curious. How old are you? I assumed atleast 18 since you have 'debt' like most adults do. I think that whole hair dying thing is just an old wives tale. I suggest reading a few pregnancy books and embracing this new life. |

| Pregnancy & Parenting | Should I tell him? | Nov 06 2009 12:34 (UTC) |

To address the only 2 questions you asked. Yes it is morally wrong to not tell a person you conceived a child with him. For Him and the child. For him because you make the choice of him not being involve din the child's life for him rather than allowing him to make it. And wrong because that child doesn't have a choice. Whether he 'wants' to know or not he should. It sounds like he doens't want to take any responsibility of making a chioce byeond his penis. Unless you raped him, he knew what the outcome could have possibly been. Since you are keeping the baby (which I commend you for). The first thing you need to do is seek some kind of assistance or free clinic so you can get the necessary medical help. Also tell someone you know and love that will support you.

I actually thought they were advertising Lost when I first started seeing the bill boards for flashforwards lol Here is the synopsis: A mysterious event causes everyone on the planet to simultaneously lose consciousness for 137 seconds, during which people see what appear to be visions of their lives approximately six months in the future - a global “flashforward”. A team of Los Angeles FBI agents, led by Stanford Wedeck (Vance) and spearheaded by Mark Benford (Fiennes), begin the process of determining what happened, why, and whether it will happen again. Benford contributes a unique perspective on the investigation; in his flashforward, he saw the results of six months of investigation that he had done on the flashforward event, and he and his team use those clues to recreate the investigation. The team investigates a number of events related to the flashforward, including "Suspect Zero," who did not lose consciousness during the event, the sinister "D. Gibbons", and a similar mass loss of consciousness in Somalia in 1991. Meanwhile, personal revelations contained within the flashforwards occupy the personal lives of the principal characters. Mark Benford sees his alcoholism relapsing, his wife sees herself with another man, and other characters grapple with similarly unexpected or surprising revelations in their flashforwards. I'm hooked on this show, atleast till Lost comes back lol |

All that is doing is going to put you on a liquid dite for 2 days. Use it if you want, but you are already losing weigh the healthy way and a pretty quick rate. Just don't get discouraged if your weight loss slows down a bit, it happens to all of us eventually, but you just have to stick with it.
BTW I bought something like that one time. I started back calorie counting and working out, I took that mess back to the store and got my money back. |
