if you consider yourself having a mild eating disorder, maybe some professional help from nutrionists or doctors who can write a plan for calories and fat grams would be useful

i think theres a few more things you could get rid of

(will cut cost of food shop + will be healthier)

- buy a whole chicken and clean & chop it up yourself instead of buying chicken breast fillets.

-buy a block of lo fat cheese instead of sliced or grated, its WAY cheaper, tastes better and lasts longer

- just kick the peanut butter off completely. if you want salty snacks try popcorn or salted rice cakes.

- and shop-bought hummus is packed with crap. make it yourself or buy it from an ethnic food store.

weight gain these days is primarily caused by the convenience & ready meal eating culture. get out of this habit, start making fresh food and you will see a difference.

i went to school in england and in the state sector, most schools spent about 32p (64cents) per meal per child, which was definitely not enough. nowadays, things are changing and school meals are getting better as people become more aware of what they eat.

in my high school however, we had a pizza, pasta, meat dish, sandwich, salad, soup and hot & cold dessert selection everyday. it was pretty good!
