In short; you look great! It would be up to you to determine how much you need to lose and the body type you have and what your goals are.

The Lounge Interview Advice Jul 25 2009

Always appear confident; always look at the interviewer(s) when answering; Answer questions with more than an mere "yes or no" but don't dominate the interview; take ques from the interviewer(s) when it is time to move on; always have a closing question, even if it is "what's the next step?", "when will you be making a decision?", "when should I expect to hear something?" and ALWAYS thank the interviewer(s) for the opportunity and shake their hand(s).

I interview dozens of people every year.... trust me, these things are key. Makes a big impression!

I was wondering if you knew if she uses lean ground beef or the 75/25 stuff. That right there would make a big difference in calories and fat.  I too agree with mitchell, ask for some dry salad on the side before the dressing is added.  Then you can control the calories. Also agree with pgeorgian; eat small amounts of everything and enjoy! A little of each will not hurt you, especially if you can control the dressing; eat half a roll, half a sausage, a meatball or two and a small portion of spaghetti. Enjoy!

I agree with both. Today is a new day and start fresh. You'll be OK Laughing. If you find that you are going over day after day; then you'll need to look st your diet, goals and motivation again. You can do it! Laughing

Sounds like you are OK with the increased actvity and you know its not your norm to eat 2500 calories every day. A "Cheat Day" never hurts and especially if you've offset the additional calories beforehand.

F/F cheese; Spicy BBQ sauce; R/F Blue Cheese; even adding one whole egg will add to the overall flavor.

A cat woman; I don't mean one, two or three of them. But the ones with like 5 or more cats. Cats are cute, but there can be too many in one place at a time.

1/2 C quick-cooking oats, 1/2 banana, 1/2 tsp peanut butter; 1/2 packet Splenda. Yummy! Or add 1 tsp of reduced sugar strawberry preserves... Like a healthy PB & J.

I add almost anything to Oatmeal to change its flavor. Easy to do and the oatmeal caqn replace bread, biscuits, etc....

I usually like something sweet. So I try to avoid the obvious: ice cream and now make a smoothie that I can dress up and change to taste like ice cream with protein and lower fat / carbs/ sugars than ice cream.

Snacking in the evening is my weakness Frown I do much better on my diet/eating when I'm busy in the evenings.

I was about 2 - 2 1/2 and the story goes; I walked up to my sister's best friend (she's 14 years my senior) and said "nice t**ts" and walked away from her.  No reason that they knew of that I would have even heard that before; but I must have.

I still hear about it now and again and she's now 60 and I haven't seen her in 20+ years. You never live some stuff down. Even though I was innocent!

I agree with the Sciatica diagnosis and I am a "street doctor" Laughing. If you were a guy I'd suggest moving your wallet to the other side and take some NSAIDs for a few weeks.

The other thing is that your spine could be out of alignment (which could also cause sciatica).

You can also try to stretch it out but it may cause you more pain until the inflammation is relieved.

Why not? Then the government can make a profit from it. Like alcohol... I'm sure there would have to be lots of rules, regulations and taxes added to make it legal, but right now the only people who profit from it are criminals.

I know a calorie is a calorie, but 8K of raw food without refined sugars couldn't be that bad for you and you can cut back some today and increase your workout to offset the extra calories.... Does't sound that bad....... Really!

Calorie Count Easier access to TAGGED item Jan 11 2009

It would be nice that if I'm in a particular area that when I hit "Tagged Items" those tagged items would show. For example, if in Activity and I hit the TI button, it brings up my tagged food items, same in recipes. I would also be nice to have your tagged items to the right of the Food Log so you could click them easily and if you could selected multiple tagged items to add to the food log or activity log.

Just my two cents...Undecided

There should also be an easier way to access your friends list other than going through my profile and scrolling to the bottom of the page....

OK; four cents! Smile

Wow! Not that hard of a question. CC has lots of choices for pizza, but a large slice is about 280 - 300 calories.  Less if the veggie type is made with the veggies added first and cheese placed on top.
