I am happy to hear you overcame your ED and have children now ! You shouldnt be concerned with getting fat but being healthy and being ALIVE  for your kids. But i understand you want to look good and everything. Just eat right and keep active . Demonstrate the proper eating habits to your kids so they take them through life with them !  XOox

Oh ok thanks. I was just curious. i dont need to lose or gain weight and i dont count calories because im too afraid to get caught up in that and i guess i dont really need to but now i know if i ever need to ! lol thanks guys

Oh i live in dalkey almost killiney tho. ! you know of the druids chair pub? its my favorite ! its so cute . i feel as if im in another time there. killiney is so beautiful !

thanks ! Yeah i have hard a better stomach before. so i know its possible but i let up on the exercises and my body wont respong to that exercise anymore it seems lol. I dont want a manly stomach but i want my ladylike 6-pack hehe

yeah i was thinking vodka or wine. thanks. Vodka and diet coke is dreadful i think . haha Yeah im going over on january 16 and cant wait !!! i lived there for 2 years before and have to go back. i miss it to much !

you will always have rolls. Im at a perfect weight and still have rolls and thigh fat. hehe . you have to remember whenyour sitting your skin is not fully dispersed so its gotta roll somewhere. find someone to talk to about this. you may have OCD. which is nothing to be ashamed of. I have a bit of OCD when it comes to cleaning and organizing ! love your body and it will love you back !

Im no professional but i dont think it matters how many you eat but you def. need to get all your calories from the rest of your food through out the day and espcially at 14 you need alot of calories because your metabolism is higher. I could be wrong about the empty calories though. But just make sure you have a well balanced diet through out the day . Your a growing teenager

thanks for all your replys. i will try eating more and eat heartier foods. i dont want to start counting cals though because i dont want to get to caught up in that. i heard you can easily become a little to obsessed with it then. and i dont want to do that :)

its so good ! may sounds gross but its good. i take one cup of fiberone with a jello pudding - Creme de Dulce flavor  (sugarfree 60 calorie pack) and mix it together. it takes like dessert !

yea i was kind of thinking they were threatened by it in a way. its only really my dad. but he is very overweight and eats sooo bad. my moms family is all so small

i dont know why im the one to be picked on? all the women in my family are very small and petite. i guess im the only one who wants to eat right ? i dont know. i just needed to get more opinions. thanks everyone !

yes i love peanut butter !!! i eat high calorie. i dont really watch calories? should i ? i just eat healthy and dont like eating unhealthy foods cause i feel really gross and dragged down after  i eat bad food.

i agree with everyone else. i had a hard time gaining weight before and now i have curves and i feel so womanly and sexy now. women are meant to have curves ! embrace them !

im so glad to hear you overcame it . Be proud of yourself !! if you maintain 1500 calories aday you will get down to your goal weight and maintain it. keep it at a resonable calorie amount though.
