When I strted running, I liked to run the same routes fairly often.  It really allowed me to see my improvement by how much quicker I could do it.

Weight Loss UUGH! Anyone else have problems not overeating before and during TOM? Feb 03 2009

I know it is really aggravating, especially if you eat sensibly the rest of the month.  I also find that I show a gain, even if I know I have not eaten enough to gain.  It takes a few days after for my weight to get back to normal.

Every month I get so annoyed, b/c I'll lose several pounds, then bam four day before my period I gain like 3 and "hold on to it" till my period starts.  So annoying.

Czech Republic - castles, mountains, the most beautiful city in Europe, beer, beer, beer, and awesome people.

Everybody I knew loved this place.  My husband, sister, and I all went to prague and all three of us hated it.  Ugh.

simplest solition EVER.  make a copy of your key then either use wire or a magnet to put it under your car.  Piece of Cake.  If you are truly worried about theft (I'm not b/c so few people are smart enough to do this), you can get a key that only opens the door but does not work in the ignition - assuming you have a 2000 or newer with a microchip in it.

I've literally used theat lifesaver key at least 6 times and I don't have to wait around for anybody to help me out.

I'm not sure what current rates are - I think my hubby's latest is around 5%.  It really depends on what you can get.  Fill out the fafsa (for federal aid).  Take all subsidized money you can - you don't have to pay any interest on it while you are in school.  Then, decide on the unsubsidized from there.

While I was in school I took all the loans I could get and put my current money in a CD, so it was like I had extra money, withouht interest, because of the CD.

The Lounge certified pre-owned or new car? Stories? Jan 05 2009

My family always buys hondas - always.  The pre-owned deals are always sketchy, b/c typically the cars were rentals before they are selling them.  We always watch the paper for cars for sale by owners.  Usually you can find "single-owner" cars - which of course is wonderful.  Since a honda last forever, I'd say buy preowned.

I did read it - definately a rough draft, but awesome.  It really explains a lot of his behaviors and thoughts in the beginning.  Loved it.  the only annoying thing is it literally ends in the middle of something.....but other than that, awesome!

so, let me make sure I have this straight.  For example, if I wanted to make lasagna, I would make it all up like usual, throw it in the freezer, then how long does it need to thaw?Could I move it into the frdige the night before, then come home and bake it after work?

When Edward left, Bella never behaved towards Jacob anymore than just a friend would. She wanted to be near death so she could hear "Edward" in her mind. She never led him on, he kissed her and she punched him as a result. The time she did kiss him was in book 3 and it was during a fight...she was being her usual emo self.

Who could say bad things about His Dark Materials series (Golden Compass)?! :O

bull.  she totally considers the jacob possibility.  she couldn't be as happy as with edward, but she considers it (as was already pointed out earlies in this forum)

as for golden compass, again, a good book to read and enjoy.  and then I moved on with my life - I didn't live my life by it.

scooby316 is EXACTLY RIGHT. Can't a book just be a book? Does is matter what is "acceptable behavior?"  We all know that books about murdering people are not acceptable behavior, why can't we know that edward is controlling and yet totally awesome.

Yes bella loves them both - have you never had an interanal conflict over guys, esp. as a teenager? It's a book. Read it, love it, then move on with your life.

Btw, HOST, by Stephenie is also amazing.

Awesome idea - weight flucutates too much to make it reliable - but deficit numbers don't lie (or hold water weight).

http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calc ulator.htm

This site allows teenagers to determine how many calories they need.  Additionally, if you enter your stats into a BMI calculator you are classified as underweight.

As fas as what you are doing right, the only one I agree with is the skim milk.  Drinking just water and milk is fine.  The rest seem to be over the top.  (If your stomack is growling, you are just slowing your metabolism down already.)

Mexican - I love it.  It's my absolute favorite - I'm sure I eat well over 1500 calories in a meal, but it's wonderully delicous.

Could you at least talk to a friend about it? Someone to keep you accountable at lunch at least?
