Starting weight: 329.2 Last weigh in: 309.0 Weight this week: 308.4 Can I let you all know that I have discovered yet another reason why I am not a fan of scales? Yesterday it said 306. Last night it said 313. This morning...308.4. Seriously, my scale is giving me a complex!!! :) |

Here we go again.... :) Starting weight: 329.2 Last weigh in: 315.0 Weight this week: 309.0 I've lost 20.2 lbs! Can I tell you all how excited I am?? I probably could do a little better & loose a little more each week, but I'm okay with how I'm doing it. I'm not completely starving, nor am I worn out from working out too much. So I'm okay. You all are doing excellent! And I'm so excited to continue this on with such a great group of people & encouragers!! |

Hey guys! I wasn't able to post last week because work is sooooo busy right now and having Grad school at the same time is kicking my tail! But I'm back this week!!!
Starting weight: 329.2 Last weigh in: 316.0 Weight this week: 315.0
1 lb. I'll take it! I'll take whatever I can get! I'm thinking about going to try out for the Biggest Loser on Saturday. I'm not sure if any of you are fans of that show, but if so...wish me luck!! My husband & I are going and I'd really love the chance to be able to train with Bob or Jillian. (Who wouldn't?!?) So, any good luck vibes or prayers you can send would be great!!! Thanks guys and keep up the great work you are all doing!!

| Everyone is doing so good!! Congrats to all of you, and keep up the good work. Okay. So I busted my tail this week excercising and eating right....well not really, but it sounded better than saying I only excercised 3 times and ate "alright". :) Starting weight: 329.2 Last weigh in: 316.0 Weight this week: 316.0 I didn't loose any lbs. but I have lost inches since last week. So, either way. I'm okay!! Next week, there will be lbs lost, not just inches!!!! |

You guys are doing so great!! I'm so excited for each and every one of you!! Now, my turn...
Starting weight: 329.2 Last weigh in: 317.0 Weight this week: 316.0
This week was not the greatest. The weekend was actually the hardest. Sometimes I can't find time to log my foods, let alone exercise. Between working full time and going to Graduate school, sometimes I'm not sure I can do this. How do you guys make sure you all find the time to exercise? Any tips on making time? My issue is finally coming home late at night and wanting to get right into bed....ahhh. Next week WILL be better. It HAS to be!! :) |

| First, my favorite snack food is steamed veggies with a little bit of parmesan on it. Of course you have to reheat them, but they are great! Now for the weigh-in... Starting weight: 329.2 Last weigh in: 324.4 Weight this week: 321.4 So that is 3 lbs. But...I weighed in last week on Wednesday, so technically that is 3 lbs in 5 days :) But a total of 7.8. That makes me pretty darn happy!!! |

Schaufel, there are definately other factors to any type of metabolic typing diet. I completely agree! I was just throwing out the blood type thing in case anyone was interested. But that is a good point that you bring up. Thanks for sharing!!

You guys are all incredibly encouraging. And I find a bit of happiness in signing on to read all of the messages, I truly appreciate all of your encouragement and kind words. I am beginning to see why people say CC is unlike any other weight loss site. On a side note, I just *had* to weigh myself this morning, and I have lost another pound. I know it's not weigh in day, but I am excited about this, and I think my husband is tired of hearing me say "can you believe..." :) So I thought I'd share with you guys!! |

| I know that there is something called "Eat by Your Blood Type". There is a book and cookbook out there. I did it for about a year and lost about 100lbs on it, with minimal excercise. The problem I find now is that when I was doing it previously I was a nanny living with the family who introduced me to it, and coincidentally bought all of the food!! I can't begin to afford some of the grains & organic meat they want you to eat. I do know that it works and it works well, and if it wasn't for the fact that the food they suggest is so expensive, I'd have continued doing it. This book is also based on typing, obviously though according to your blood type. It sounds a lot like what you are talking about. The recipes are great and the organic food tastes incredible. I would totally suggest it for anyone out there. |

| Okay, so finally I have been able to sit down and get on here. The past few days have been busy!! Starting weight: 329.2 Last weigh in: 327.8 Weight this week: 324.4 So that is a total of 4.8 lbs in one week. I must say, I'm pretty happy about that!! Good job everyone and let's all keep up the good work!! |

I have a question for all of you experienced CC'ers. After excercising, do you go by the calories burned shown on the treadmill or other piece of equipment, or do you go by calories burned as listed on here? They seem, in my case at least, to vary by about 15-20 calories. So I was wondering what all of you used. Ahhh, and good luck tomorrow!! |

I'd like to play too! Do we have a goal date as well, or just a goal weight? Anyhow..none the less. At work we are doing the "biggest loser". Reluctantly, I'm participating, but I think it'll be great. So...I figure I'll post and perhaps it will give me a little more motivation. So...against everything inside of me, here goes. I'm 25, 5'2 & weigh 329.2. (ugh!! did I really just admit to that??) Obviously, I have a long way to go. I definately need encouragement, and any suggestions as to how to achieve this goal. This should be fun!! |
