The Lounge Christians In Premarital Sexual Relationships Jan 05 2008

Hey Rachel,

i know this is an old thread, but i saw it and would like to comment.  i am also a christian and used to judge other christians who were doing what I thought was hypocritical things.  That all ended when i messed and found myself in a bad situation.  The Bible is very clear on judging.  I believe I was always judging people, instead of praying for them.  When you judge, you are judged under the same measure.  I am very careful now about my attitudes towards those who struggle.  My prayer is, "Lord, help me not to compromise who you are, allow me to have compassion and pray for those who are weak like me, and keep your love in my heart in every situation".   I believe love goes a lot further than condemnation and speeches.

Hey Koilady, I AM 45, and up to last year, was in pretty decent shape.  I miss feeling energetic and sexy.  I gained back most of my weight, and have been deeply depressed.  I dread the scale.  There hasn’t been much motivation for me to lose weight and workout, except for wanting to be healthy as I get older.  So, imagine my delight to see your post and feel encouraged again.  Thanks!  I join you in your wonderfully, life-changing attitude, and celebrate my legs.  They are surprisingly still somewhat toned, and they are spectacular!! I look forward to our victories, as we fight this win-able battle!
