| What does SSS mean? anyways are you sure that drinking lots of water helps? and if so is drinking too little water bad? I'm lucky if I get 2 glasses a day. | |||

| OH how I love Nutella I dare not buy it though because I can eat an entire jar in 2 days. I haven't had it in about 3 years. I used to eat it just by it self. I really miss it. |

Sorry to hear that tgg123106 but atleast you have us to vent to. lol. Sounds like you are doing everything right. It could be that you are building muscle mass and that could be the reason the scale has not moved. Everyone is different one of these days the scale might surprise you with a big weight loss ( i'm hoping mine surprises me. lol) Give it time and keep at it. I Know what you mean about the husband sometimes I feel Like I have four kids instead of three. |

Well I bought the core systems set it came with an exercise ball and had to deflate it because it just ended up in the way. I have several workout dvds ( Taebo, pilates, yoga) I do Taebo but only sometimes lately my energy is non existant. Man I wish I could join a gym but right now with my husbands and my schedule I would have to go like at 4 am and really not sleep. I try to not have any temptation in the house but my daughters school snacks are what really get me. as for those late night cravings man those got me bad too. When my youngest daughter woke up in the middle of the night and refused to go to sleep I would pack on the peanut butter chip ahoy cookies 90 cals each. whoa.. that's why I went from 140 to 149 even after she was born |

| Oh no no no I have not given up team. I also feel like the team is losing the spark but lets bring it back. I'm usually all caught up on the weekends. I have not been exercising. Does anyone else not go to the gym? Any tips on how to really stick to food restrictions? | |||

I think everyone is entitled to be a little touchy. LOL. What is it about the weigh in that makes you uncomfortable? Just remember that pretty much everyone on this site is here to help and motivate. It's ok for people to see the struggle because its what we are all going through and why we are here. Having everyone s input can help propel you foward. |

Thanks Ur1_2talk that is some pretty sound advice. I have heard that two weeks is all you need to cut out a bad habit. I'm gonna try it. I really need to be extra good for next weeks weigh in( this week is done). can I use splenda? I'm probably going to have some sugar withdrawls because I never get through the day w/o sweets. Where can I get a list of exactly what is off limits? |

Well marathon_gal I am freaking out about the weigh in. I have not done well at all. The challenge has helped me to not eat as much as i usually do but I know that i should be doing more. I have not exercised at all this week. However, I did wake up with a very positive attitude today and i can just feel myself doing well for the rest of the day (one day at a time right!). Good job on not stuffing a whole box. Those are the kind of changes that make a difference. BTW everything I eat adversely affects my body. LOL. I put on weight very easily. |

| Hey Christina I am always up for having a buddy. I am 23 149 5'2" . I have that problem too where i don't want to go out because I feel everyone will be thinking of how fat i look. I want to weigh 120-125 by summer too. I am stressing about meeting that goal. I know that i have enough time to lose weight but i need some one to be accountable to. I have three young daughters and it is hard for me to exercise. How are you doing day to day? | |||

I am back everyone. Well I have been doing ok. I still have a issue with consuming too much starch. I am exited that i have this challenge it holds me back from going crazy with the food. Either way I am not putting in as much effort as i should be putting in and I am so nervous for the weigh in. How is everyone else doing? |

OMG that is the reason my diets never even get started.I start over day after day and always mess up. I am always telling my self i'm not hungry, stop eating and i still continue to do so. I never get past one. Help!
