Try to have a reminder on u, that u r watching ur calories like a piece of red string around ur finger or get one of those cheap rings so it can remind u. You can have those snacks hun, but try and be aware of how much u eat, have 2 cookies not 10, have a cup of pocorn not a bag, Try, Instead of holding the whole bag of popcorn just take out what u will havea cup maybe, Sometimes when u have the whole bag it kind of turns to mindless eating where u just eat and eat and not rly notice ^^, Same with cookies take 2 out the pack and just eat those 2. stay away from teh pack after lol you just need to get into the habbit hun, after that its pretty easy ^^, hope this helps, stay strong. |

Oh yea it works and yes it has a log and keeps info like how many cals u burned, I've totaly replace my excersice with this, i mean the music is fun and i even got my sister totaly into it today =p seriously gals and guys try it ^_^ |

dont worry about it it seems like allot but it isint ^^, ur fine drink lots of water, work out maybe 5 more mins then u usualy do, U didin't go overboard so no biggie =p . stay strong

Yes i'm living proof lol but there is a calorie difference Like i only eat no more then 1200 and i dont excersize i've been loosing weight i've lost 9 pounds in about 4 weeks, i mean you will prob loose more if u work out, i say that to myself but i'm so lazy lol on the first week i lost 2 its been kind of like that every week Good luck ^^ after u start to loose u will want to work out i just got some yoga balls and ive used them 2 times lol but i am gonna start to use them more often. |

Similer thing, i mean odd i ate yesterday cus my mother made a huge feast so i decited i would eat a lager portion then usual *she was getting upset i wasent eating more of her yummy food lol*, and this morning i was 3 pounds heavier also 0_o ofcourse i was like how can one day trow me off so much and it wasent even that bad, i guess its true 1 day off the diet does trow you off cus it did for me =/ I feel the same way like i messed up but i didin't even eat that much, plus it was all i had cus i didin't get hungry anymore, So same! last weeks work down the drain as well..... *kicks self* But Dont feel bad as u can see it happense. Just try and get back on track Like today i plan to work out just a bit more ^^, try the same? Let me know *huggles* its ok no biggie hun =p Water retention huh, maybe .. |

Its been the same for me and so far what has helped me is portion control cut suger totaly. calorie counting (like not going over a certain number a day) Dont eat after 8 pm anything heavy. i'll have suger free jello if i feel hungry or just wanna eat or carrots cut fruits apples oranges. belive it or not i'm not dong much excersize and ive lost 9 pounds on that alone.

Thank you for all the words and support, I hit a low last nite havent hit like that in a long while and i guess instead of doing something crazy i actually felt better writting it here lol ^^; go figure I think i'm very angry at myself i'm doing all the right things but it isint coming off as fast as i want it too..and i know its not my fault but i can't control how depressed i get when its so slow, I hate my dam thyroid i wish they would change it if its broken!!, if even possible =/, i take the thyroid meds everything day i've lost 4 pounds, anyone would be excited cus its 4 pounds yay!... but me... i'm like 4 pounds is nothing i just wanna cry, i know i need to take it easy and just work on it. Thank you again for the responces. |

i didin't weight myself after i ate the cookies dear ^^, it was on my second day of my period it's really heavy a felt bloated so i got on the scale and was amazed on how much more u can weight during ur period lol. I idin't know, so now i do, ty for that info, honestly i thought it was air so i shoulden't have weighted more =p , duh me |

| Great tip! i had a bag of cut carrots ready to chomp! so its great if i feel like i need to stick something in my mouth wich is all the time! lol i grab some carrots sticks! it really does help =p , ty for the tip, i'm gonna try the small storage containers thou ^^ | |||

TY for all ur responces just like angelein said, its just nice to let it out and hope people do understand and can learn from it ya ^_^,, &nb sp; I dont feel different rly on the meds (which is "Levothyroxine" first dose was .75mg now its 0.175mg) the medication is small they have diff doses,One thing i do notice is i use to be really cold all the time lol even thou i was chubby and my friends where thin i was the one freezing when it wasen't so cold so i go teased allo like "ur fat u should be warm and warming us up ^^;," For some reason now i can tolerate the cold a little more =p Plus i mean weight is coming off i notice!But i remember, the challenge my doctor told me, he said " Weight is gonna start to come off fast u'll see, But Its keeping it off that will be the hardest for you" So even when i do feel comfty with my weight, My battle continues!! *Pulls out |
