I know what you mean My hubby of 35yrs is the same way he can eat what he want's and doesn't really gain any weight even if he did he still would not be over weight for him. Me on the other hand is having a hard time and need to lose for health reasons he just doen't get it and thinks every thing can be cured in a pill.

I also no longer buy any junk food when I shop and have started peparing food ahead for my week . I have found many foods that he does'nt even know are different then what he is used to eating like Turkey meatloaf, turkey bacon, turkey burgers , weight watcher breads are great and low cal. 100 cal per 2 slices. The one good thing is he will eat most of what ever I am having, the bad thing is when it is his night to cook we are back to high fat and cal. foods so I just eat only half a portion of what he makes for me and let him take the rest the next day for his lunch.

Sometimes it is better to let them have their way than to fight it. Remember stress can also add to our weight gain .
