I really appreciate all the help!  I know they are both great choices.

I just find it interesting that CC thinks that Pork has more nutrional value....more vitamins it seems.  BUT both have become a staple in my diet...and the pounds are going away....HOORAY!  :)

At night when the sweet-tooth starts to kick in....it is berries with fat free half and half and a tiny bit of Splendia!!!! It has become my new ice cream, or my new crack...for the moment at least!

Well it has gone away on it own!  I am still unsure of the culprit!

I used Aveeno Daily Facial Cleansers...that had salicylic acid....I think that might have been it, but the rash on my chest (only the left side small patch on my breast) I still see where it was....I got totally freaked out when I saw on the news that Bacteria Meningitis cause a pin pricked rash!!!!!  That was scary.

I stopped eating Fiber One, but I think I will start that again...cause I ate Kashi go lean and it basically the same thing....

I stopped the fabric softener that I bought new....Snuggle some yellow bottle.

I stopped of course the Aveeno Daily Cleansers....

SO WHO knows.  I never could go to the doctor last week....I had a SUPER BUSY week at work there was absolutely NO time, but I am planning on changing doctors.

Thank you everyone....I am going to schedule an appointment first thing in the morning.  I stopped eating Fiber One this weekend....and also stopped using the new fabric softener I bought last weekend.

Errg.  I just hate not knowing what is happening.

I don't know....since I am 31 and have never been sensitive to nuts...?  It is really bizarre.  I need to see my doctor I guess and then get a referral to a dermatologist!!! DARN HMO's takes forever to get to where you really need to go!

I just had my first wedge this evening, with some KASHI TLC Crackers.....oh it was super yummy!!!!!  :)

Thank you MoogieSue13!  I am really new to this whole thing and the advice is what I need.  I try to eat at least 1500, but I have been eating healthy and not making the number!  I need to eat more in the morning I think.  No more snacks to make up the number.

Ahh well I need to just stick to the program and chill out!!!! 

I just want to lose weight!  I just want to be thin!  I hope that sticking to what I have been doing will get me there....I plan on trying to get into a schedule of treadmill walking starting this weekend.  WORK and COMMUTE is really killing me....get home at 7:00 and have to eat and want to go to sleep by 10:00!

I need encouragement....or advice.  I might just be obsessing!

 BIG Starting date

Jan. 5th - 304

Jan. 17th - 297

Total= 7

Eating about 1000 - 1500 a day.

This is the beginning and I have been fighting to eat enough during the day.  I am worried that if I do not eat enough I am going to plauteu....Cause I was steadly losing something and the last 2-3 days I am saying the same....I already stopped seeing a difference!  And when I read logs where people were losing 15 pounds a month I just do not want to stop!!!!

I love Molly's journals cause they tell me that I likely need to watch the FAT.  SEEMS I am eating allot of fat somewhere?  I also need to up my protein.

SOOO what do you all think....I'm I being crazy?

OH MY LOADED QUESTION!

  1. Took a work photo with co-workers and stood out like a gigantic amazon woman!
  2. The concerned and worried look on my mothers face.
  3. Have to bring a step ladder to get back on our boat.
  4. Becoming flushed and sweaty just walking across the street.
  5. A side picture my husband took of me going into a Port-A-Potty. YIKES!
  6. Unable to really climb stadium stairs to watch a very expensive football game.
  7. My husband looking at me sadly that I cannot go hiking up a mountain with him.

OH MAN, my own reasons....just being on a healthy lifestyle for the past week I feel energized!  I wake up before my alarm does, lol, and do not feel the need to fall asleep again....I feel like I have energy at 6:00PM and still want to do stuff!  I just feel better, hungry with cravings, but feel better!!!!

Starting weight/date: 305 lbs 1/3/2008 - I know it is right about there at least I have a scale ordered!

Age: 31

Married 4 years!

No children, but need to lose weight and try!!!!

Well I am excited about this challenge I think it is helpful to be in a great group!  I have started my diet and have found some great friends here, and I cannot wait to meet more! 

I hope we can all get down 100 pounds by 2009!!!!!!

Hey Patti and Everyone!

Well it is my first day back at work!  :)  We have an amazing cafe downstairs, but it can be deadly....full of everything I like in the morning....I skipped past the tater tots and hashbrowns....and packed a good fat-free yogurt this morning and drank green tea instead coffee with lots of cream and sugar. 

SO Day 2 and doing pretty good!

Luckily we will be all going home early and will be leaving here at 2:00 PM today.  Usually I work until about 6:00 or so and eat very late dinners after a 45 minute ride home!  :(  So that will also help me keep balanced.

  1. HI!  Brand new girl in town.  I currently weigh 305 pounds.
  2. MINI GOAL is to just get started and not crash and burn in the next 2 weeks! 
  3. Ultimate Goal weight would be anything under 180.
  4. Plan would be to participate daily in these amazing free interactive websites!  These are amazing....I am very excited about these tools being available.

Really I just need support from other out their like myself that are struggling with massive amounts of weigh that needs to be losed healthy and not through surgery.  Please any support or help you can give will be greatly appreciated!!!!
