| New momma here too. I just had my first baby in August, a beautiful baby girl. I didn't gain too much weight in my pregnancy, but I was very careful about it because I was all ready heavy to begin with. My goal was to shed the pounds after the baby, but 5 months later i am still at my original pre-pregnancy weight. Before I knew it, maternity leave was over and I was back to work where I am surrounded by people who like to bring in a lot of food, most of it not very healthy. I thought that this website might help so I can realize how much I am consuming in a day vs my activity level. Unfortunately I have the metabolism of a slug, even though I am a fairly active person. Holiday weight gain ended up being 4 pounds that I am trying not to beat myself up over, but it's tough. I've always been heavy and want to be healthier for myself and my baby girl. | |||
