I love cottage cheese with fruit. Pineapple, peaches or berries are my favorite. I also think low fat cottage cheese tastes much better than fat free and only has about 10 more calories per serving, so that might be worth trying!

I feel exactly the same way in my relationship right now. I've been with my boyfriend for 5 years and love him more than anything, but as much as I want to feel the same way about him as I used to, I just don't.

I don't know what to do about it either. I don't want to lose him, but I don't want to drag this out any longer when I feel like we're going to break up eventually. For the past few months it's seemed like we're growing apart, then things will get better for awhile, and then we get back to this point again.

What we've had has been so great I don't want to lose it, but then I realize that it's what we've had that's been so great, not so much what we have now. I know it's not fair to either of us to stay in a relationship we're not happy in. I just keep hoping the feelings I used to have will come back.

Good luck, and I hope we both figure out what's best for us.

I really don't think they seem that small. My favorite is the mocha and the cookie dough is a close second. They're not very expensive either, at least where I live. A box of two is under $2 and they're well worth it! You should definitely try them.

Weight Loss Are there any tall girls out there who need motivation to lose the last 5-7 pounds?? Apr 25 2008

Restless, you sound so much like me! I was 3 lbs away from my goal, but over the past couple weeks I've gained 6 lbs and have 9 to go now. I also know what you mean about everyone saying you're already skinny. A few days ago I saw a friend I haven't seen in over a year and she kept complimenting me on how good I look and how jealous she is, but I couldn't even enjoy it because I'm disappointed in myself for falling off the wagon and gaining weight. It's so discouraging and hard not to lost motivation.

Lol...it's okay if you call me Cameltoe. I went to a party the day after I got it done and half of the people I met still remember me as "Cameltoe" three years later! I'll see people I haven't seen in months and one of the first things they'll ask me is how my cameltoe is doing. I'm not sure if it's good or bad that that's how I'm remembered...haha.

Haha, yes, really! I love it because it's something I can hide if I want, but can also be used to start some great conversations. I've had so many people tell me it's cute and ask why I decided to get a camel on my toe, then be completely disgusted when they finally get it. It's great!

Not too bad, really. It's not that big so it was over pretty fast. It seems to me like the head would be more painful.

Today I tried it with fat free Italian dressing (15 cals for 2 tablespoons) and chopped tomato and onion and it was great! You could add anything else you like, but I definitely recommend the Italian dressing.

I gave into a craving for a Snickers bar earlier today. I do feel a little guilty because I've been doing so well, but I am still under my calorie limit for today. As long as it's not something we do all the time, I think we'll be fine.

Don't worry about not knowing what you want to do with your life. If it makes you feel any better, I graduated from college in December and still don't know exactly what I want to do!

1. Going to a college in your state will definitely be cheaper than going out of state. Also, living at home and commuting could save a lot of money if there's a nearby college you're interested in.

2. I had to choose a major by the end of my second year of college. I decided on speech pathology but changed it to journalism within three months. Once you declare a major you're free to change it, and most people do!

3. I don't really know the answer to this, but I think employers would prefer a degree from a traditional college. I could also see this changing within the next few years as online classes and universities become more prevalent.

4. During the spring semester of my junior year of college I took 15 hours of classes, worked at my job 15 hours a week, worked at my internship 15 hours a week, and still managed to have a lot of fun! It was hard and stressful at times, but I was able to finish the semester with a 3.8 GPA and it felt great to know how much I accomplished. I know people who have taken more classes and worked more hours and done just as well, so juggling everything is possible. I definitely recommend getting an internship. It'll help you out so much! I only had one and now I'm finding that I'd have a much easier time finding a job if I had had more.

5. I think this is a great option, especially while deciding exactly what you want to study. I transferred two times before finding a college where I wanted to stay. Just make sure the school's credits will transfer so you don't have to retake any classes.

I know it's hard not to worry about it, but try not to be tooconcerned about money yet. What's most important is that you get the best education possible. It'll be worth it in the long run. Talk to guidance counselors at your school and find out what kind of scholarships or financial aid might be available to you. Your GPA is high enough that I'm sure you'll qualify for something. I'm not sure if your state has anything like this, but I live in WV and my tuition was paid for four years because I maintained above a 3.0 GPA through high school. I'm sure you've considered it, but loans are also an option.

You'll be fine. Enjoy the rest of high school and don't worry too much!

I'm having this problem right now! I've been craving chocolate and cookie dough all day, and I finally gave in and ate a Smart Ones Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Sundae. I feel really guilty about it because I wasn't hungry and it put me over 1400 calories for today, but I could have eaten something far worse.
I've been feeling unsatisfied all day as well. It's like no matter what I eat, I just want more. Instead of having one bowl of oatmeal and fruit this morning I wanted two. It really is frustrating.
Weight Loss Just trying to be happy with myself. Shedding those vanity pounds. Jan 27 2008

Hi!

I'm here for basically the same reasons as you, just to lose a few pounds to feel better about my body. I'm also already at a healthy weight (I'm 5'10" and weigh 135), but would be much happier with myself if I lost about 5 more pounds and toned up. Turning fat into muscle is my biggest goal. I'm not really dissatisfied with the size of my body, I just wish I didn't jiggle quite so much!

I completely agree with your statement of what others thinking being meaningless unless you're confident in yourself. I'll see people I went to high school with and they'll tell me how great I look, but it doesn't matter unless I see it myself.

I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease about a year and a half ago. I take Asacol every day so I understand having to change your diet and sometimes even your lifestyle to deal with diseases like these. I have trouble if I eat too much fiber or too many fruits and veggies, which are some of my favorite things to eat!

I have a basement that smells like cat litter, too. Tongue out
