| My sister and I were talking about this. Her elliptical coverts to miles and she says its usually around 2200 steps or so that equals a mile. | |||

| Look around for a gym that's cheap to join. The one I go to is 120 for a year. It has treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, tons of weight machines and free weights, and it holds classes once in awhile. The equipment doesn't have bells and whistles but it does the job and they keep it in good working condition. | |||

| Last night we made our own chicken nuggets, unthaw chicken, coat them in seasoned bread crumbs and bake. We also made potato wedges....take a medium potato slice it the long way into 6 pieces or so. Chop up some tomato, onions, green onion. Mix it together add some garlic, oregano..whatever seasonings you'd like. Top the potatos and you're good to go. Don't forget to spray the pan down. They are soooo yummy. | |||

| If you are exercising....and not eating enough calories....you might not lose weight. I remember something I saw on the biggest loser...one of the guys was eating like 1300 calories and he was suppose to be eating around 2100....he wasn't losing weight and his trainer explained to him that he was doing himself a disservice with only eating the 1300 calories because his body needed more than that. | |||

| This us my first week, I've lost 11lbs. Majority of it water weight I'm sure. I'm now at 283 insted of 294...I am assuming that from now on I will be losing 2-3 lbs a week. When I did WW a long time ago same thing happened big loss then it evened out. | |||

| Why don't you make it 140lbs by your sisters wedding. Still isn't 2 lbs a week depending on when your sisters wedding is its roughly 3.2 lbs a week which is a lot more attainable. I'd recomend a goal of losing 15-20 lbs by your Feb 23 | |||

| Couch to 5k is great...you can google it and find it. Another thing....go on your 2.12 miles run until you can't anymore then walk till you feel energized again. I weigh 275 lbs and I can walk/jog 3 miles fairly easily. I know you can do your 2.12 you just need to set your mind to it and not give up. | |||

| Consult a doctor. You really should be eating more than just fruits and veggies. You need a well balanced diet. Remember just because your weight isn't where you want it to be doesn't mean that it's not a healthy weight for you. | |||
