Me!! Haha I'd lost 15 pounds in about three months, but then I took about 3 months off (since just before Christmas) and I gained back all but 0.5 of a pound  Cry     It reallly really sucked lol. I'm back on it again now though Smile and have already lost 2.5lbs Laughing

SOooo I'm up this week Cry I'm 143.5 ... I know it can't be real weight, as it's TTOM, and I've had a deficit this whole week, and I haven't drank enough water either...

So that's my goal for this week, to keep having a deficit every day, and to drink enough water!

I'm 17, 5'6" and I weigh somewhere around 140 (haven't checked in about a week or two)

I also do Kickboxing Laughing It's the best workout ever!

I was away from CC+ for the last week, so I guess I'll just start today Laughing

Start date: Feb/18/2008

Start weight: Somewhere around 142 (I'm too scared to check, as I've gained weight recently Cry) and I'm only 5'6"

Goal: To lose about 1lb or more a week to put me at around 129 for June 1st

Other daily goals: To eat almost no processed food, and more fruits, veggies, and whole grains.
