| Hi There - I too am in the throws of menopause too - ugh. Its the lack of sleep that gets me. I too have 60 lbs to loose. my goal is for Sept this year as I do not want to be 50 and a fatty. I also have a pedometer and the goal for a great day is 10,000 steps. We joined the local rec centre that offers the pedometers and walking groups to help get me going. Time is also an issue. 3 teenagers at home but are now all old enough for me to put myself first sometimes. Good luck and I am here to help support! | |||

| well I am excited about joining today. 2 things I want to do this year is be healthier and happier. I am happy but give almost all to my teenage kids who are now old enough for me to start rebuilding some fun stuff. So I am 49 and do not want to be fat and 50. Presently I am 215 and although I won't be to my goal weight by Sept, I hope to be well on my way. So I hope I we can exchange some great support | |||
