Hi there, and welcome to C.C.! :) No need to worry, you're no freak. I looked at your pictures and have a similar body type as you. I don't think this is a hopeless battle we're in, just a slow one. You said you lost fat in your upper body, and I'm kind of similar in that way-- i lost fat in my lower arms/calves/ chest first, then my chest, though I'd really like to lose fat on my legs, tummy and upper arms. Why do our bodies never seem to cooperate? hah. Anyway, I don't think it's hopeless, it just seems like with this body type, that may be the last place to lose weight, as that is where most of it is stored. Best of luck, and don't give up. Even if you don't lose weight exactly how you want, at least you are choosing to be a healthier person over all. |

Umm...I LOVE guys with curly hair. Especially when they just CBF doing anything with it and It's just like haaaaaaaahhhhhhhc... And red-heads. I love them AND really really dark eyes. Like. black. or blackish, you know? |

| well, i don't have this song on my iPod, but to get me pumped up to actually get up and DO something, i listen to "Stronger" by Kanye West...and while actually working out I either listen to a rock station(at home) or very 'emo'-ish songs on my iPod(they give me some strange motivation, i dunno...) | |||

I think someone said something like this already(its late, i skimmed, ha) but doing something more lesson-y always tends to help. You'll feel more obligated to go, you won't be doing it alone, and you'll feel you've really ACCOMPLISHED something by the time its over for the day! Good luck, i sometimes have trouble getting motivated, myself... |
